Summary:

“You'll hear a voice behind you, this is the way walk in it.” I would call that the Abraham walk. Just as Abraham the father of our faith went out not knowing where he was going, being obedient because God made it real to is heart. We too must leave everything we have ever known to enter into this new realm of walking with God in the now.

Show Notes:

  • As Abraham our Father in the faith, we too must leave all that we have known to enter into what God has for us today.

  • All God's promises are unfolding before us today.

  • In this new day we must walk in revelation to see what He is doing and saying.

  • A new Age of Spirit has opened up and people are being drawn into it to know Him now. It's already happening.

Quotes:

  • It is a now experience, moment by moment that God is bringing us into. And He's revealing to us moment by moment, the things that He will do, in us, if we just trust Him, and keep standing and believing and walking with Him.

  • Everything that God's ever done, will do, is already in motion in the realm of spirit. It's just a matter of us coming into it, walking into it, as we live there. All those promises are before us.

  • Every Word that God has ever spoken, it's taking a revelation by the Spirit to see it and understand it. If it's not a revelation to us, then we're not seeing it right, plain and simple.

  • It has to be that expectation of futuristic things, disappears. And we are walking in the now with the Lord on a moment by moment basis.

  • Do we really know what God is going to speak to our hearts on a moment by moment basis, unless we are walking with Him in the now?

  • Enter into that relationship with the Father, where when He speaks to you, hear His voice, and you just simply say. “OK Lord, that's what I will do.”

  • ...this age is opening before us, is not just for a few weeks, months, or years, but an age that's opened of Spirit, and people are going to come and walk with God. Like the scripture says and join himself to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be broken.

References:

Isaiah 30:21

Your ears will hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left.

Genesis 12: 1-3

He LORD said to Abram: Go forth from your land, your relatives, and from your father's house to a land that I will show you. I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you.

Isaiah 43: 18-19

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.”

Revelations 19:6-9

And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Colossians 2:2-3

that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, even Christ, in whom are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge hidden.

Jeremiah 32: 40-41

I will make an everlasting covenant with them: I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire them to fear me, so that they will never turn away from me. 41 I will rejoice in doing them good and will assuredly plant them in this land with all my heart and soul.

Take Away:

As our father Abraham went out not knowing where he was going, but just trusting and being obedient to God, we too must leave all that we have known if we want to walk with God in this new realm of His presence today. We cannot ponder the things of the past because He is doing a new thing today. Will you be aware of it?

Ken

It is a now experience, moment by moment that God is bringing us into. And He's revealing to us moment by moment, the things that He will do, in us, if we just trust Him, and keep standing and believing and walking with Him. Remember the Scripture, you know, I never can quote words found in the Old Testament where it says," you'll hear a voice behind you, this is a way walk in it". Now, how can you plan on that? Tell me how that, how that makes sense that you can plan on doing the will of God based on your future, thinking about how things are going to develop. When God says in His Word, "you'll hear a voice," then you'll know the direction that you need to go.

Ron

We're walking, even closer to the what I would call the Abraham walk. He didn't know where he was going. The Lord said, "Okay, leave everything. Leave your family and everything that you've ever known, and go somewhere that I'll show you." He was obedient, to walk out of everything he knew. He did have a connection with the Lord. There was something real in his heart that God made real in his heart, there's no way he's walking out on a doctrine. He's not leaving his family, and everything he's known on a doctrine. The Lord had met him and made real to him, maybe just His presence. That's all it took.

Roger

There were like, I think there were seven separations, that Abraham went through. God told him to leave everything, and to go out, and his father went with him, you remember that? And his father was telling him to do this or that. And you go back and read it, he was held up about a year or so because of his father's direction. And when when his father died, that's when the Lord appeared to him. You can go back and read it, you know the specifics. When his father was dead, then the Lord appeared to him and said, " here I am," He met him and began to speak to him. But it took the breaking of every bond with his past. In finally there was the separation with lot. And then God met him there too, after, after they separated, God began to speak to him. And he stood there, not knowing where he was, where he was going. And from that place, God led him. God is helping us to break those bonds that we've known with the past, so we can live just in a now. To take an example, this business of the marriage supper of the Lamb, if we can receive it, we enter into that at our own initiative, by how our hearts are open, to see it in the now. We don't have to wait for that. Everything that God's ever done, we'll do, is already in motion in the realm of spirit. It's just a matter of us coming into it, walking into it, as we live there. All those promises are before us. There's an expectancy in my heart, as the Lord continues to come forth in us, all the things that are to be revealed to us; because the scripture says in Christ are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. They're in Him, not apart from Him. And as we behold Him, we gain wisdom and insight and understanding. In this realm, the scriptures are coming alive, like never before. Every Word that God has ever spoken, it's taking a revelation by the Spirit to see it and understand it. If it's not a revelation to us, then we're not seeing it right, plain and simple. And that's the way we're learning to walk by revelation in the now. Revelation of Christ, revealing Himself to us. And the scriptures, we read them in a new way, where the Lord can just make it come alive. It just has to be real in our spirits.

Ken

It has to be that that expectation of futuristic things, disappears. And we are walking in the now with the Lord on a moment by moment basis. God can speak anything at any time to any person. And if we're available, and we're walking in the now with the Lord, He can speak to you go over there and talk to that person, because I have prepared him for what you have in your spirit, to minister to him to set him free. Do we really know what God is going to speak to our hearts on a moment by moment basis, unless we are walking with Him in the now?

Ron

Everything out there wants to pull you down. It wants to compartmentalize God, it wants to; this is the way God is. The whole thinking is so prevalent in the world. And it takes that violence. I do believe, any minute, any moment, the Lord can speak to you. He is the God of right now.

Roger

As we're sitting here, there's a partaking of Jesus Christ in our spirits, and we speak it. And we can be aware of Him as we sit here.

Ken

People are beginning to question, do I really know the Lord, am I really walking with God? And that's a good thing. Because there needs to be an awakening to the Spirit realm, and enter in to that relationship with the Father, where when He speaks to you hear His voice, and you just simply say, Okay, Lord, that's what I'll do.

Roger:

Someone has to walk with God in the now to come to know Him. And this is what will be taught and is being taught in the Spirit realm where people can come and know the Lord in the now. He wants His people to draw close to Him to be close. He's teaching us to be spiritual people. All of his people, I think eventually will come to that place. You know, this age is opening before us is not just for a few weeks, months or years as an age, that's opened of Spirit, and people are going to come and walk with God. Like the scripture says and join himself to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be broken. This is a new day of knowing the Lord where people can know Him. And I think we're in the beginning of it
