Bill is a former U.S. Army officer with over a decade of active duty service. He is also a human resource and talent management executive with over two decades of senior leadership experience in large, complex, global companies.

Throughout his career he has coached and advised military veterans to successfully transition from their military career to the civilian, commercial work world. Having been that veteran who made the transition, he passionate about helping other veterans succeed.
