Speaker:

It's Friday quiz time.

Speaker:

Welcome to this week's Business versus Bullshit with sustainable Shipping advocates and head honchos at Spra, Sam bma and Charlie Spencer in the hot seat.

Speaker:

So that is this favorite part of the show, the Business versus Bullshit.

Speaker:

Quick, far, round D.

Speaker:

Cue the music please.

Speaker:

We're gonna reel off some terms.

Speaker:

All you have to do is you tell us whether you think they're business or bullshit.

Speaker:

And if you're on the Fed to say Bullshit first answers is the winner in this.

Speaker:

So, okay.

Speaker:

You better look at each other if you disagree.

Speaker:

All right.

Speaker:

Okay, here we go.

Speaker:

Think tanks.

Speaker:

Business on.

Speaker:

That was a, I've done allow, I dunno.

Speaker:

We'll allow a second answer.

Speaker:

Why not?

Speaker:

Uh, working hours.

Speaker:

Bullshit.

Speaker:

What do you mean by working hours?

Speaker:

Having fixed work.

Speaker:

Well, I dunno, but you know, having working hours Ah, in the startup, it doesn't really apply, does it?

Speaker:

You just work.

Speaker:

Do what you gotta do to make it happen.

Speaker:

Absolutely.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

That's for Bitcoin.

Speaker:

Bullshit, bullshit.

Speaker:

Flexible working.

Speaker:

That's business.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Business breakfast meetings.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

I like that.

Speaker:

Yep.

Speaker:

Fuck up.

Speaker:

Not having a breakfast meeting.

Speaker:

I do not.

Speaker:

Do you like breakfast meeting?

Speaker:

Stop if breakfast is included.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Wait, what are we talking about here?

Speaker:

Pigs with meeting, you know, it's just, it's too much for this morning.

Speaker:

It's casual.

Speaker:

It's a good way to get the day started.

Speaker:

Oh dear.

Speaker:

They're morning people.

Speaker:

This is going very badly.

Speaker:

Uh, going viral, it can serve a purpose.

Speaker:

Yep.

Speaker:

You need to realize that one of your big, I'm sure you have, one of your biggest challenges is such the social media battle going viral and getting, and getting out there enough.

Speaker:

Oh, God, look at me.

Speaker:

Patronizing, universal income business.

Speaker:

I think this is, uh, run, it's, it's gonna have to happen.

Speaker:

Do you think?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

I, I don't see a way around it.

Speaker:

I mean, we're in, in what wall societies.

Speaker:

Pretty much, I mean, I think we're, we're automating more professions day by day.

Speaker:

Um, there's gonna come a point where, you know, there, there isn't enough.

Speaker:

Sure.

Speaker:

Is that, you know, I heard a guy say that suggests there's a limit to human creativity, which is, you know, I mean Sure.

Speaker:

Like, there's that argument like 20 years ago there wasn't a job of social media manager.

Speaker:

Um, and, and I think that will continue, but I do think, you know, with the, uh, the population increase and the sort of, you know, the, the real sort of, Uh, large volume jobs.

Speaker:

I don't see how we're gonna get around it.

Speaker:

And, um, now as people who've worked in the funky, uh, Silicon Valley kind of world, uh, what do you think about Micro ding?

Speaker:

Never tried it.

Speaker:

Never tried it, but I, I could see for creatives that being useful.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

I think it would have to be on an individual basis.

Speaker:

I, I haven't seen people respond well to it and, and others not.

Speaker:

It's an extremely controversial one.

Speaker:

No, you know, definitely NFTs.

Speaker:

Oh, bullshit.

Speaker:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker:

Who it?

Speaker:

MBAs.

Speaker:

Bullshit.

Speaker:

Bullshit.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Business plans.

Speaker:

Some used to it.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

You gotta have a business plan.

Speaker:

You gotta have a, like a, a, a reference point, A starting point, right?

Speaker:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker:

Uh, team outings.

Speaker:

You get any of these?

Speaker:

What's the Christmas party looking like?

Speaker:

Did you have one?

Speaker:

Uh, we, we had a sort of informal one.

Speaker:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker:

Our, our team is quite global, so we didn't manage to bring everybody together, but definitely him not the best use of money spend right now.

Speaker:

They could come on a container ship and do some research on the way.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Have you good party on your ship?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

At hots.

Speaker:

Desking?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

Bullshits asking favors.

Speaker:

Are you gonna call up?

Speaker:

Will you are one day?

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

I think absolutely.

Speaker:

That's how you get placed.

Speaker:

You, you got him speed dial.

Speaker:

You got, you got his uh, how'd you get hold of Elon?

Speaker:

You got every week?

Speaker:

Uh, yeah.

Speaker:

You don't get hold of Elon.

Speaker:

He gets hold of you.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

Sir, buy the curlys itself.

Speaker:

That's it.

Speaker:
