immediately, lightbulb, I was like my health, my health is something that I have not been prioritizing to the point that I want to. And I know that impacts how I show up as a wife, a mom, a friend and a business owner, but I hadn't prioritized it because it was good enough. And I think that there are so many areas of our life, that this is the case for us, there are so many things that you're probably not putting your best foot forward because it's good enough. And I don't want to be just a good enough person in any aspect of my life. But especially one that is really irreplaceable.
