Lesson 216: No One Will Care For Your Thing As Much As You Do 

This lesson will make your life a lot easier. Understanding that no one will care for your thing as much as you do spares you the disappointment that comes from expecting more from people than they can or are willing to give. That thing you love might mean the world to you but to someone, it's "shit". This fact makes it difficult to get a team together, so how do you go about it? Well, my approach is to make the goal desirable to everyone on the team. I make the team members see how we can all grow and benefit from getting to that goal. When we all see this goal as our goal, the team flourishes.
