The truth, however, is much more joyful., It is not necessary to wait to have happiness. A mere decision on our part can start this ball rolling. We live what we think every minute of every day. That gets talked about a lot, but it is true. The distance to your happiness is a short as you wish it to be. Changing your outlook and changing your mind is the first and immediate step to creating joy now and living in peace.
