If you are over 50, a weak pelvic floor is ruining your erections. This professional
Speaker:medical device does 9000 automatic Kegels in 20 minutes to strengthen your core,
Speaker:improve orgasms, and increase semen volume. Plus, insurance might even pay for
Speaker:it.
Speaker:This podcast is for you, the Modern Man. I'm Dr Anne Truong, your host. I'm an
Speaker:intimate health medical doctor and best selling author of the book, Erectile
Speaker:Dysfunction Fix. I'll do a deep dive into sexual health and performance and how it
Speaker:affects men of all ages and backgrounds. So let's get started, and be sure to visit
Speaker:my website at sexualhealthformenpodcast.com for more
Speaker:information and resources from the show. See you on the inside.
Speaker:How good is the Kegel exercise machine that we have in our store compared the
Speaker:professional machine? Well, I'm not sure what professional machine you're referring
Speaker:to, Bruce, but our Kegel exercise machine is a professional machine. It is used in
Speaker:the most therapy clinic and is used by physicians prescribe. And also, it is a
Speaker:professional machine. If you submit the receipt to your Medicare or your
Speaker:insurance, you will actually probably get a reimbursement because it's considered a
Speaker:medical device. And if you submit it with the diagnosis of ED, you will actually get
Speaker:reimbursed from your insurance. So that is the Kegel machine.
Speaker:Now the Kegel machine that we have now, they make the conduction pad for a man
Speaker:now. It has a male conduction pad, so it works much better than the female, and it
Speaker:is now more powerful and it now more longer as well. And the Kegel machine
Speaker:essentially does the Kegel exercises for you. So these are the gel pads right here,
Speaker:and you put that just underneath the scrotum, and it goes right on top of the
Speaker:rectum, and that's the gel pad. And this is the machine. So you hook it onto the
Speaker:machine. This is the machine itself, and then you turn on the machine, it's gonna
Speaker:go four seconds at 50 hertz, so it's gonna contract your muscles 50 times in four
Speaker:seconds. And then it's gonna contract your muscle 10 times in two seconds, and it's
Speaker:gonna give you a six second rest, and then repeat again. Okay, the session goes for
Speaker:like 20 minutes, and it stops, so you get like about like 9000 Kegel contraction in
Speaker:the area.
Speaker:So essentially, this is your pelvic floor muscles. So the pelvic floor muscles are
Speaker:the muscles that essentially hold up your bladder, if you're a woman, your uterus,
Speaker:even hold up your intestine. Okay, and it goes across from your coccyx bone all the
Speaker:way to your pubic bone. And it's actually connected to your abdominal muscles, the
Speaker:stomach muscles right here. You can see this on the picture here. Also connected
Speaker:to your diaphragm. So doing breathing also will improve pelvic muscles as well too.
Speaker:When you're doing breathing, so the kegel muscle attached to these muscles right
Speaker:here, the bulbospongiosis muscle, the ischiocavernosis muscle. So it goes from
Speaker:the bottom at the base of the penis to above right here. The bulbospongiosis
Speaker:muscle and the ischiocavernosis muscle are the two muscles that are pivotal. What
Speaker:their function is to expel the semen. They function for the orgasm contraction that
Speaker:you have, and then they also function as keeping the blood in the penis while you
Speaker:are erect. So it acts like a tourniquet that keep the blood in there. You see the
Speaker:bulbospongiosis muscle here; it kind of wrap at the base of the penis, and the
Speaker:ischiocavernosis so wrap at the base of the penis and also go on down the shaft of
Speaker:the penis as well. So it functions as almost like a rubber band that prevent
Speaker:blood from going back to the bodies, but the blood stays in the penis.
Speaker:So those muscles are pelvic muscles, and Kegels are the exerciser muscles. Okay, so
Speaker:when you're doing Kegel exercises, you want to coordinate that with breathing.
Speaker:Okay, when you're breathing in, your diaphragm goes up. When diaphragm goes up,
Speaker:you want to contract. You want to lift this pelvic floor muscle together. When
Speaker:you breathe in, you want to contract. When you breathe out, you want to relax. That's
Speaker:how it works together. So the pelvic muscle is connected to the abdominal
Speaker:muscle, and then connected to the diaphragm. So you want to take advantage
Speaker:of that because if your abdominal muscles are weak, it's also going to affect your
Speaker:pelvic muscle. Now, often you guys notice that you have like the little hot dog that
Speaker:protrude from your stomach lining. My husband had. That is called abdominal
Speaker:hernia. That happens over time, where abdominal wall gets weak, and then it kind
Speaker:of like splits out a little bit. So then, every time you do a sit up, you see like a
Speaker:hot dog that kind of protrude out. Well, what your abdominal muscles are weak, it's
Speaker:gonna affect your pelvic floor muscles. So that's why every man, really every man
Speaker:over 50 should be doing Kegel exercises and using the Kegel exerciser along with a
Speaker:penis pump because you're gonna get weakened abdominal muscles, and when you
Speaker:have weakened abdominal muscles, gonna affect your pelvic muscle. So one point to
Speaker:note is that when you do your Kegel exercises, or either by doing a
Speaker:contraction alone, or you using the Kegel exerciser, you want to coordinate that
Speaker:with breathing. Meaning, and when you inhale, every time you breathe in, your
Speaker:diaphragm go down. Sorry, your diaphragm goes down, so that way more air comes into
Speaker:the lung. So that's why I want to show you the connection between the pelvic floor
Speaker:muscle, the abdominal muscle, and the diaphragm. Because these muscle between
Speaker:here, guys, they're totally neglected by men and women. It's not just good for men;
Speaker:it's also good for women as well. It's neglected because most men I talk to never
Speaker:heard of Kegel or have done Kegel exercises and they get weak over time. So
Speaker:when they get weak over time, gonna affect your erection and it's all gonna affect
Speaker:the amount of semen that you ejaculate as well. Because if these muscles are weak,
Speaker:it's gonna affect the volume. Most men will notice that when they get older.
Speaker:So that is why Kegel is important, and why the machine that does the Kegel is
Speaker:important. It's probably what something that all of you, of you over 50, you need
Speaker:to have. Now the machine works for men too, and it's essentially stimulating the
Speaker:pelvic muscle here contraction for you because most men do it wrong. Most men and
Speaker:women do it wrong. I do it wrong. I'm the doctor that does this, and I was doing it
Speaker:wrong because I was contracting too much. Because the number one problem for men
Speaker:with the pelvic muscles is that it's tight for you. So most of the time, tight
Speaker:doesn't mean stronger. Just tight that the muscle tone is tight. You need to relax it
Speaker:so that way you can stronger contraction. So what happened is that when tight, it's
Speaker:hard for you to relax it. So in my case, I was contracting too much. So when I'm
Speaker:contracting too much, it doesn't do the work at all. It actually counter effect
Speaker:that I want to have with the stronger pelvic muscles. So if I'm doing it wrong,
Speaker:most likely everybody else is doing it wrong manually. That's why I got this
Speaker:machine because you don't have to figure it out. You put the pads on, you turn it
Speaker:on, and it does a contraction for you. You don't have to think about it. Boom, done.
Speaker:I mean, how easy is that, right? 20 minutes a day. You do it five days a week,
Speaker:and for six weeks, boom. You take a month off. You go back to it again. So it's easy
Speaker:to do, easy to put on, and it takes the work out for you.
Speaker:So our store is ednomore.com right here, ednomore.com You put that URL in, you can
Speaker:buy this Kegel right here. You can buy this Kegel machine. It does the Kegel for
Speaker:you, and the Kegel machine help with reaction, keep the blood in there. It help
Speaker:with orgasm because it strengthens the muscles that contract during orgasm. It
Speaker:also help with propelling the semen out from the prostate out through your penis.
Speaker:So if you're finding that your semen volume is low or affecting your
Speaker:ejaculation, it may be due to your pelvic muscles, you're gonna need this pelvic
Speaker:muscle up. You're gonna need this Kegel stimulator to strengthen it. Okay, very
Speaker:good.
Speaker:All right, I hope that helped, and I hope I explained the abdominal muscle, how the
Speaker:pelvic muscle is related to abdominal muscle related to the diaphragm.
Speaker:Okay, Modern Man. If you're struggling with weak erection, low energy, the food
Speaker:you eat could be the big part of the problem. One of the best research pathways
Speaker:to boost circulation, support healthy testosterone and improve sexual
Speaker:performance is the Mediterranean diet. It's packed with food that open up your
Speaker:blood vessel, lower inflammation, and fuel your hormone, naturally. I've seen men
Speaker:notice real improvement in both energy and erection within weeks when they shift to
Speaker:this style of eating. So check out the Mediterranean diet link right here below,
Speaker:and get that as soon as you can. Stronger testosterone and better erection.
