About the Host:

Ian Hawkins is the Founder and Host of The Grief Code. Dealing with grief firsthand with the passing of his father back in 2005 planted the seed in Ian to discover what personal freedom and legacy truly are. This experience was the start of his journey to healing the unresolved and unknown grief that was negatively impacting every area of his life. Leaning into his own intuition led him to leave corporate and follow his purpose of creating connections for himself and others.

The Grief Code is a divinely guided process that enables every living person to uncover their unresolved and unknown grief and dramatically change their lives and the lives of those they love. Thousands of people have now moved from loss to light following this exact process.

I know the power of this work, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.

100 episodes today. And that's pretty cool. And I thought what am I going to talk about for the 100th episode? And I thought well, probably the best thing is what have I learned in creating 100 episodes. Interestingly, with a no shortage shortage of things to talk about, in fact, I've got a good couple of pages of ideas and concepts to record to help you guys and to continue to share this message of what's possible on the other side of the unresolved and unknown grief. So that's really cool. Because when I first started out and committed to doing five episodes a week, there was part of me that was like, am I gonna be able to fulfill that? And yeah, so that's been that's been really cool of getting ideas and things coming flooding through, I get different ideas when I meditate. And just by observing the world, there are lots of different things to talk about my own experiences and other people's stories. What else have I learned? You need a good team around you when you're doing anything. Now whether you work in a job, or you have your own business, or even just in family environments, you need a good team around you. And what do I mean by team. So for me, I have a couple of coaches that I'm able to turn to when I'm going through difficult times, which happens. Just because I've done a lot of my own growth doesn't mean that I still don't have challenges, the challenges still happen, if anything they get br Just get much better at dealing with them. And also have a much more refined support group to help me with that as well. But also, having people to take care of all the different elements of podcast was one of the things that stopped me getting started with a podcast in the first place was the worry about Will I be able to do this and will I be able to do that. And having an assistant who takes care of the editing, the publishing, having the team on board that helped me get the podcast launched in the first place who were able to to guide me and my my system to be able to do all those things. It just makes such a difference. And whatever you're doing, whether you're launching a podcast or whatever you're doing in life, like I said, having a team around you is so important. So I really appreciate having those people. And as I said it kept it stopped me from doing it for a long time. So the other thing I learned is I should have done this years ago, because I've really enjoyed the process. I've enjoyed the reception I've got from from many of you who have got back to me with the impact that it's having and how much they love it. The ability to share more of my voice, not only the impact that's had for me. But the follow on effect of not just the individual episodes that I share with you guys but the the interviews and how interviewing people is healing in itself. The person being interviewed gets healed, gets a shift. The person doing the interviewing me in this case gets the shift and you people in the audience get the shift by hearing other people's journey going from here to here. Overcoming this by doing this amazing. Like I said she was on this years ago. I've talked about it for about five years, the amount of times I'd connected with with friends and we would talk about different things that we've done to move forward and how we aren't man would have been good to record this conversation. It was so insightful, and they'll be able to do that. Yeah, I love it.

Some of the things that surprised me was looking at the data, which I don't spend a lot of time doing. It's not the point of why I'm here having a podcast, it's not so I can reach millions of people and have this big following, but rather the impact I have for the people who are joining my message. And what's interesting is looking at that data is what the sort of episodes that you do, like how, how much you love the interviews, and particularly the context of some of the interviews, so some, some go better than others. And it's like, that fascinates me the sort of thing people are after. And what is clear is that people love the stories when when people have specific answers and, and specific journeys that they've been on, that really resonate with you guys. So that's cool. And the other thing that I that I've learned through the process is that I've got a number of particularly loyal followers who basically consume everything that I put out there, which is awesome. And they're just as important as any of my clients, right, the people who are just there all the time, who are great advocates for me, and so just know that I see you, I hear you. And I really appreciate all of you that do that. But I know some of you tell me, some of you may engage I know some of you don't engage in anything. And that's also fine. But just know that I know that you're there. And I appreciate you and I thank you. Now for those who do engage and are called to. To celebrate the 100th episode, I'm giving away a session. So a life changing coaching and healing session for anyone who shares not for anyone, so one person, which I will draw out at random from from anyone who shares the promotion posts that I do for this 100th episode. I'll be putting that out tomorrow. So that's tomorrow, that means nothing to you, if you listen to this on delay, Friday, Friday, the what is the date today, Friday, the eighth of April. So if you're listening to this at a later date, go back and find that post. And I will leave that offer open for a couple of weeks for anyone who shares that particular promo post. So go to my my Facebook, and organs coaching Instagram, Meet Dan at all and Hawkins coaching or my personal Facebook page, which is Ian Hawkins 111. Go to any of those pages, and find that promotion post and share it and I'll put you in the draw to win that life changing coaching and healing session to help celebrate and show my appreciation to all of you. And particularly those of you who are particularly engaged and I'd love to yeah, really helps you help me help other people shine a light on this really important messages that I'm putting out. So I'll leave it there for today. Again, I appreciate every one of you. And I thank you and I look forward to sharing you with you the next 100 episodes. And I'll see you next week. Speak to you then.
