I am often asked about how do I know if it's my intuition.
The best answer is the sweet spot between where thoughts end and before emotions begin.
Recall those moments when you were learning something, how to hit a ball, jump rope, drive a stick shift, ski, jump a hurdle, whatever it is you know how to do... that moment when it just worked, and you let go of think of the steps and released the fear or over-excited. That is the sweet spot.
Key Points:
- Recall a time where you learned something new and stopped overthinking and relaxed when you just relaxed into trusting you knew what to do.
- Release emotions that interfere with moving forward. Fake positive that covers up fear or anxious fear.
- Allow the sweet spot to soar. Release thinking and emotions to neutral, allowing the moment to flow and intuition will come clear.
Intuition is The magic of the middle when you can't explain, and you are not attached to the outcome.
