For your team:

• Be deliberate to acknowledge accomplishments and success of your team
• Have a budget set aside for celebrating and recognizing victories
• Be authentic in your praise and recognition
• Sometimes all it takes is a simple ‘thank you’

For yourself:

• Review and have a debrief after each of your goals is accomplished
• Plan to celebrate your success
• When you set your goal, set the reward you will receive when the goal is accomplished
• Take a photo of your celebration to have a physical reminder of the success
