- Second, listen to these triggers.
- Third, speak those triggers out loud.
Kellan also reminded us that we could eliminate fear if we look at things differently and choose not to feel it. That serving through our divine gifts, we can create that life of purpose, prosperity, and joy because "No One" can prevent us from creating our ultimate life.
