This time of year, many of us are looking for extra ways to help out others who are in need. I’m Dan Hansen and this is a Minute at RepcoLite.
There are a lot of great programs out there designed to help others and maybe you’ve already found something that you really love–a way to donate time, money, whatever. But, if you’re looking for something else–or a way for your family to get involved–have you considered Angel Tree? Many churches and businesses have angel trees up on their premises. And those trees are decorated with tags that represent children in need in our community. All you do is grab one of those tags, buy an appropriate gift, and drop it back off–unwrapped. The gifts get collected and distributed, giving kids who otherwise wouldn’t have received much of anything for Christmas, something to look forward to.
This year, RepcoLite is excited to partner with Angel Tree and we’ve got trees at our Byron Center, Fulton Street, Broadmoor Avenue stores as well as our 17th street store in Holland. Stop by any of those spots, grab a tag, and make someone’s Christmas better this year. I’m Dan Hansen and that’s a Minute at RepcoLite.
