Not all assets are created equal!

In today's Better Wealth Episode, I answer a very common question I get here at BetterWealth on “Where should I invest my money?”  Today I will walk you through the process of how we coach clients and work through the pros and cons of decision making when you want to invest your money.  Assets are not all created equal and we want to be sure that whatever we do with our money it is helping us live more intentionally. Listen as I talk about three questions you should be answering when looking at assets and investments: What is your ROR, your clarity in life? - What would you do if money wasn’t an issue? What is an asset? - An asset is a resource with an economic value that will provide a future benefit. Is this asset getting you closer or farther away from what you want in life? What outcomes do you want? -  What is your outcome, do you want that will help enhance what you really want in life, your ROR? Listen as I also walk you through the 11 attributes to a perfect investment that you should be looking at and prioritizing as you consider an asset/investment.

  1. Safe (Low Risk): Your money suffers little to no risk of loss.
  2. Liquidity: Your money is accessible for emergencies or opportunities.
  3. Growth: Your money multiples at a competitive rate of return.
  4. Passive Cash-Flow: Your money produces income on it’s own.
