Shownotes
The power of listening starts with listening to ourselves. When we can see what is going on for us, we can better see what is going on with others. But it can be very challenging, especially as coaches, to listen to ourselves and not automatically think we need to change or fix ourselves or that we’re doing everything wrong.
To discuss the art of listening well, I invited Katie Pulsifer, Master Certified & Deep Dive Life Coach. Katie shared how connecting with ourselves well enables us to help our clients connect with themselves well, and how that can make all the difference.
“Our truth and what we know about ourselves is alive, and dynamic and moving and shifting and changing with more inputs and more information. And it’s so fun to think that we won’t necessarily be one way the entire time.” – Katie Pulsifer
