It is easy to convince ourselves that things are proving themselves true when we make logic and our desire to workout match up. Often we will go as far as voicing this to get more positive feedback from others.

Intuition doesn't require proof or a story. It's knowing, trusting the next step forward. Following intuition often has no clear outcome. It is much easier to detach when you follow the path instead of building the path.
