Hallie and I tap into our youthful side this week, as we share the framework I use for teaching my kids about life, exploring their own unique identities, and what it truly means to have passion. The framework we use here can be used to explore your relationship with anyone: spouse, co-worker, friend, etc. I talk about each of my kids, Sienna, Asher, and Maddy, and how their personalities and perspectives are all vastly different, along with the life lessons I try and teach them every day about kindness, having grit, and embracing your utter weirdness.
