George Peasegood has a very powerful story. But he doesn't always realise it. That's because he loves what he does.
George is one of the world's best para-triathletes and hopes to be heading to Tokyo. He was just 2 1/2 when his left leg got trapped under a ride-on lawn mower.
His leg was saved, but as a teenager he needed nine months of operations to correct differences in leg growth.
Throughout all of this, sport has been a great motivator. And with his active family's encouragement, he ended up in triathlon. George will be keeping us posted throughout the year on his journey to Tokyo.
Destination Tokyo is a daily ten minute podcast - running Monday to Friday. I talk to athletes, coaching and journalists hoping to be at the Tokyo Games this summer.
I'm raising money for Maggie's Cancer Centres , who do an amazing job. So if you're enjoying the podcasts maybe you'd consider donating just a couple of pounds.
