Sports after STorTS

Timestamps Approximate:

Tipping off (10:00) with Ball Storylines, we’re in the final four of March Madness and Owen talks the road to the semis for each of the contenders. NBA (13:20) we call the play-in race over in the East and turn our attention to races for seeding between the Raptors & Hawks and Heat & Nets. In the West we talk the Mavericks atrocious last 3 losses, LeBron’s return for the Lakers, KATs return for the Timberwolves and more.

In Combat Corner (28:02) Max recaps Cory Sandhagen’s dominant win over Marlon Vera, and talks about the judging that somehow made it a split decision.

Wrapping up Talkin’ Hockey (30:53), we start on the race for the wildcard position in the East, calling it over for the Capitals and Senators, on the edge for the Sabres and Panthers, and laud the front running (sort of) by the Penguins and Islanders. In the West we touch on the vacuum sealed race in the Central divison, the Kraken’s chances for the last divisional spot in the Pacific, and the Flames/Predators chase of the Jets for the final wildcard spot. We end taking a deep breath as Leafs fans, preparing for another tough first round as the almost meaningless regular season games are almost done.
