At Shrewsbury Food Festival AL met the guys from Cheer Unleashed. They put on an amazing performance and he was impressed with how passionate they were about cheer leading and community values.

Coming to you from Pure Gym in Telford AL is chatting to Gabby, founder of Cheer Unleashed, a place where kids can learn how to become cheer leaders. We are also joined by young Jess, a patron of Cheer Unleashed and future cheer leading superstar.

The routines that these guys put together are high octane and full of energy. Gabby tells us where it all began, what it means to her to see these kids progress and where she'd like to take things.
