Keep your eyes on Him. Stay awake. Stay vigilant and in you Word -- the Holy Bible. Stay awake and away from all propaganda. Even our faves and most neutral like Candace, Tucker, Baron and Megyn are being persecuted for TRUTH. Stay awake and know that these are prophetic times. Do your research and don't trust the word of man, only the word of God. I love my independent media journalists, and even them, I research. Stay awake and keep your lamps on!

Speaker:

All right, everyone.

2

:

Welcome back to another

episode of I Can't, He Can.

3

:

My name is Sarai, as you guys

already know, and I am your host.

4

:

We are back today, but I

don't follow my own advice.

5

:

I don't follow my own anything really.

6

:

I just kinda have been going with the

flow lately, and I know that I said

7

:

I would post the episode of the Sound

Mind series to finish Ecclesiastes

8

:

on Wednesday, but we are here.

9

:

It is Monday, and I woke up today,

thankfully, um, after a crazy day, crazy

10

:

few days rather, um, with my daughter

and just, you know, medical stuff, and

11

:

it's, it's always something, right?

12

:

Um, but I woke up today with Psalm

:

13

:

the verse that's very famous.

14

:

A lot of people love it and know it.

15

:

Um, it says, "We shall

rejoice and be glad today."

16

:

It says, "Today is the

day the Lord has made.

17

:

We shall rejoice and be glad in it."

18

:

And not to, like, over-exaggerate, but

I woke up and those were the words that

19

:

I had in my head repeating over and

over and over again as if it was a song.

20

:

Sometimes you get a song stuck in your

head, and that's what I had in my head.

21

:

And again, after going through so many

things with my daughter in the past

22

:

few days and just life itself, um,

unfortunately there was a, a passing

23

:

of a gentleman in our church, and that

was also very heavy in our hearts.

24

:

And obviously it took up a lot of space

in our mind because no one ever wants

25

:

to go through something like that.

26

:

Um, so just the fact that I woke up with

Psalm:

27

:

over, it's almost like the Holy Spirit was

like, "Okay, Sarai, you've had enough of

28

:

this emotional rut that you have been in.

29

:

You've had enough of

this anxiety and worry."

30

:

And last night, honestly, I

cried it out in the shower.

31

:

Cried it out in the shower, and it was

almost immediately, like the moment

32

:

that the water hit me, just tears.

33

:

Tears and I prayed and also, you know,

just things in your personal life that

34

:

you don't realize really do get to you,

um, had gotten to me, but God is good.

35

:

God is good, and sometimes you need to

talk about those things with the Lord.

36

:

Sometimes you need to vent with your

significant other or with a friend or

37

:

even just speaking it out loud, um, so

that you can do a work- Within yourself

38

:

to give that to God, and then you allow

him to do a work in you, and he can carry

39

:

those burdens and those worries and those

anxieties and keep them away from you.

40

:

So I'm very grateful, um, for that

and for waking up today with that

41

:

scripture again, Psalm 118 verse 24.

42

:

Um, very important, everyone

always, you know, repeats that one.

43

:

But man, the word in scripture is correct.

44

:

We start hiding verses and

words in our heart, and we use

45

:

them when we most need them.

46

:

So I feel like that was God's

protection with me this morning.

47

:

And I love the Lord.

48

:

I love the Lord, and I am so grateful

because I would be so different

49

:

and in such a different place

without the Word and without God.

50

:

And that brings me to this impromptus

episode and why I'm here and why I am not

51

:

taking the Sabbath that I said I was going

to take and sharing stuff with you guys.

52

:

We are living in very crazy times.

53

:

We are living in a generation where

we have to be careful with what

54

:

we watch and what we listen to.

55

:

And I know that I have my own preferences

of things that I love watching.

56

:

I love, uh, sometimes watching, you know,

these reality, quote-unquote, "reality

57

:

shows," um, that are put on Netflix.

58

:

And I've kind of like let go of those

'cause I personally was convicted

59

:

about a lot of those things.

60

:

I personally was convicted about a lot

of those things, and, you know, the more,

61

:

the more that we grow with the Lord,

the more that we will start throwing

62

:

away and filtering all of these things

that we should be staying away from.

63

:

And that was one of the

things that I've stopped.

64

:

But recently, I have been very into what

is going on around the world, what is

65

:

being said that we can do, that we can't

do, um, that our children are being

66

:

fed, you know, mentally, figuratively

speaking, in school as far as curriculums.

67

:

And I don't really like to get into those

topics because I have never been, I have

68

:

never been a person who's political.

69

:

Um, I'm not going to say that I'm getting

into political conversations here.

70

:

Remember, this is about Jesus.

71

:

This is about the Lord, and we are

going to speak about scriptures, um-

72

:

But I promise I'm getting somewhere.

73

:

However, all the things that we are being

fed, our children are being fed, that we

74

:

are listening to, that we are consuming,

that these amazing tiny devices are

75

:

essentially just watching and listening

to us and learning us, even our eye

76

:

contact, um, we have to be very careful.

77

:

And I say that to say that I have

been very into independent news

78

:

talk show hosts and podcasters, and

just really staying in tune with

79

:

what's going on in our government.

80

:

First of all, I love our country.

81

:

I don't love politics.

82

:

I have never liked politics.

83

:

But what I do love is our Constitution

and the many Christian-based beliefs

84

:

that our Constitution was founded on.

85

:

And what I can see is, not just from

all these people that, that I, that I

86

:

watch, um, for example, I watch a lot of,

um, Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, who's

87

:

extremely persecuted right now because

whatever political reasons and agendas.

88

:

Um, I watch a lot of Candace Owen.

89

:

Um, if you guys don't know Baron Coleman,

um, he's an attorney that looks into stuff

90

:

that no one would really understand, and

he puts it in layman's terms for everyone.

91

:

But anyway, those are just a few of the

people that I listen to, um, that are

92

:

very neutral, and I have hours and hours

of listening to all of them while I

93

:

work, um, at the office or here at home.

94

:

Uh, of course, if you see my

YouTube time versus my Bible app

95

:

time, it's very little 'cause I

don't really go into the Bible app.

96

:

I tend to read from my

Bible, um, or my devotional.

97

:

I like more of like actual book.

98

:

But the point is that I

put time into what I watch.

99

:

I have done the legwork to know,

hmm, my discernment is, like, red

100

:

flags, red flags on this person, and

then listening to other people and

101

:

saying, "Mm, okay, this one I kind

of see eye to eye with this person."

102

:

So now that you have that background,

um, I wanna preface this by saying

103

:

that in no way, shape, or form am

I directing anyone or any of you to

104

:

listen or watch to any of these people.

105

:

I'm, I'm just saying this for YouTube

purposes and for all these platforms.

106

:

I am not funded.

107

:

I mean, I wish one day I

was, but I'm not funded.

108

:

This is all my experience, what I

am seeing, and what I truly hope

109

:

and pray- That people who would

listen to me would see is going on

110

:

around them, and is very serious.

111

:

So our pastor told us actually a few

months ago that if you don't own one of

112

:

these, it is time to get yourself a Bible.

113

:

This is my Bible, New King James Version.

114

:

And I would even say get a few.

115

:

I have extra Bibles here.

116

:

This is my Spanish one.

117

:

I have extra Bibles here.

118

:

Literally brand-new, unopened Bibles.

119

:

And I have them because I do

the ladies study group the

120

:

last Saturday of every month.

121

:

I want to be sure that, first of

all, that just to make it easier,

122

:

we read from the same version.

123

:

But also if no one h- if they, excuse

me, if they don't have a Bible, they

124

:

can have one of the copies that I have.

125

:

So if there's anyone who's gotten this

far, ten minutes in on this episode,

126

:

and needs a Bible, please message me.

127

:

You can follow me on Instagram.

128

:

It's icant_hecan on Instagram.

129

:

Here on YouTube, it's @icanthecan.

130

:

And my email, if you wanna email

me 'cause you don't have any of

131

:

those platforms, you can email me

at icanthecanpodcast@gmail.com.

132

:

And if you don't have a Bible, you don't

have the money to spend on a Bible, I

133

:

promise you some of them really are not

that expensive, I will send you one of my

134

:

New King James Version Bibles brand new.

135

:

You don't have to give me anything.

136

:

You don't have to pay for shipping.

137

:

I will get it to you.

138

:

Please, if you need one, and you wanna

follow along with whatever I am reading,

139

:

and it's not making sense because

your version is different, I promise

140

:

you this one is not hard to follow

along with, please reach out to me.

141

:

I will get you one of my Bibles

that I have here just in case.

142

:

But going back to what I was saying, our

pastor shared with us, and he said, "Just

143

:

so you know, in a few years, I'm pretty

sure that these things are going to be

144

:

changing everything that is in here."

145

:

So for all of you who are used to

opening the YouVersion app, not to say

146

:

that there's anything bad about them,

but any app that is Bible related,

147

:

please have yourself a physical Bible.

148

:

Because just like AI, who has been giving

misinformation from time to time and

149

:

skewing history and skewing facts This

is something that will never be skewed if

150

:

you have, um, a New King James version,

um, or really any other versions, but

151

:

I would just highly recommend the New

King James version 'cause that's what

152

:

we use in our church, Living Upward.

153

:

So with that, again, there's just a lot

of moving parts in this episode, but I

154

:

had it in my heart to share with you guys.

155

:

So with that, I have really stayed

in tune with what I've learned,

156

:

not just reading on my own, but

what our pastor has directed us to.

157

:

And I went from not going to

church about two years ago.

158

:

August will be, I believe, a

full two years, I wanna say.

159

:

I mean, I can't keep track anymore.

160

:

Um, but I believe August, yes, this

August, August 4th or August 6th, will be

161

:

a full two years that I gave my life to

the Lord, that I started going to church,

162

:

literally only missing if I had to work

or if my kids were sick be- but I promise

163

:

you, I have gone to church literally,

like, every Sunday for two years.

164

:

Um, and at one point, I went to a

specific church here in Hialeah, Florida.

165

:

I'm not going to name names.

166

:

Um, I loved going to this church.

167

:

I loved absolutely giving my time

to serving and to growing, 'cause

168

:

I did a lot of growing there.

169

:

My heart was in a

completely different place.

170

:

My mind was in a

completely different place.

171

:

I did surrender, but I did

fight a lot with the flesh.

172

:

And what I mean by that is that while

I was serving, while I was translating

173

:

from English to Spanish, or while I was

doing the slides for the messages that the

174

:

pastor had, or even the lyrics in worship,

or when I was in worship, 'cause I love

175

:

singing and music, I would finish empty.

176

:

I would finish empty and drained, and

I was just going through the motions.

177

:

And not because I didn't like serving.

178

:

I have a servant heart, hence why I'm

here every week for free, basically.

179

:

This is, like, my other, you know,

part-time job that I love, um,

180

:

and talking about Jesus, who has

given me everything that I have.

181

:

So how could I not be here?

182

:

But essentially, I was running on empty.

183

:

I was not being poured into.

184

:

And again, there are just things

that the more you read, the more you

185

:

dive into the Word of God- The Old

Testament and in the New Testament,

186

:

the words of Jesus, those little red

letters, they just, they pack a punch.

187

:

They pack a punch and they hit you really

hard where you need to hear it, truly.

188

:

And if you are going to a church that is

not doing that to you, from the person

189

:

that's in the pulpit to the people

that are around you, if you don't feel

190

:

like you are being fed spiritually,

then you have no place in serving.

191

:

And I felt that.

192

:

I felt that conviction.

193

:

And to my surprise, um, it is

actually, in my opinion, my humble

194

:

opinion, it is actually growth.

195

:

And again, not to say and not to knock

this church, this pastor, the people.

196

:

There are several people that I

stay in touch with, um, that I care

197

:

very deeply about, that I knew for

that entire time, year and a half.

198

:

Um, my best friend, Brandy, that you guys

have heard in other episodes, actually

199

:

is the one that led me to that church.

200

:

So thank you to her and to Eli, who

wanted to go to church, and just, you

201

:

know, it spiraled into what I am today.

202

:

But I really do feel that at one point...

203

:

Wow.

204

:

I really do feel that at one

point, my love for God and my love

205

:

for Jesus surpassed any feeling

that I can get on any stage.

206

:

And how could I be up there serving

and not be filled with the Spirit?

207

:

Because at the end of the day,

worship on a stage is a performance.

208

:

But if you're not filled with

the Spirit, then I feel that

209

:

that can carry through a room.

210

:

Again, just my opinion.

211

:

I feel that that can carry through

a room, and others can feel it.

212

:

And it's a trickle effect, and

it's a domino effect, where then

213

:

the flock and the people that are

there may get tired of that, and may

214

:

wanna deviate, and may want more.

215

:

And that's what happened to me.

216

:

I felt that I needed more.

217

:

And how David would say, he said

that I was over the baby food,

218

:

and that I wanted solid food.

219

:

And again, little by little, I didn't make

a rash decision, but little by little, I

220

:

started looking into the church that I am

now- Very small church, but very strong.

221

:

And when I say strong, not just strong

with each other like a cohesive family,

222

:

and they're not all blood-related, they're

literally people have been together for

223

:

about 30 years and have stuck together.

224

:

Um, but they're very strong in the

Word, and they're very strong in using

225

:

this for everything in their life.

226

:

And our pastor uses this on the pulpit,

in his little corner where he stands,

227

:

and he gives his messages on Sunday.

228

:

It is reading directly from the

Bible, and from the scripture he

229

:

explains and comes his message.

230

:

It is not a bullet point message.

231

:

It is not a thought-out message.

232

:

It is the Holy Spirit coming through this

holy book, and he is exhorting that to us.

233

:

And in going to our Wednesday

Bible studies and in being there

234

:

every Sunday since the beginning of

this year, I just started serving.

235

:

Again, very small, um, helping with

the coffee and snacks for Sunday.

236

:

But my heart is completely

changed, and my mind is at peace.

237

:

I don't feel exhausted

anymore after services.

238

:

I feel like I am being fed spiritually,

and I feel like I am supported in a

239

:

group of people who truly love God.

240

:

And when there has been the smallest thing

in my life, the first thing that happens

241

:

is, "Hey, Sarai, I missed you today.

242

:

They don't say, "Where were you?"

243

:

They say, "Hey, I hope everything is okay.

244

:

We missed you and the kids today.

245

:

I'm going to be praying for you."

246

:

That's it.

247

:

And, you know, it's not to say that I

didn't have that in the other church, um,

248

:

'cause there were more people, but when

things come from the heart and things are

249

:

like Jesus, things are Christ-like, and

people live trying to be as righteous and

250

:

as holy as Jesus, there's a lot more...

251

:

Oh, what's the word?

252

:

There's a lot more love.

253

:

There's a lot more love, and it

comes from a much more humble place.

254

:

Oh, gosh.

255

:

Sorry, guys, I got a little emotional

earlier, so my makeup was a little runny.

256

:

Um, so I do feel that tremendously.

257

:

Sorry, going back to what I'm saying.

258

:

I do feel that change tremendously,

and I love them so much.

259

:

And I'm just saying, again,

all of this to say that you

260

:

guys need to have your Bibles.

261

:

Let go of your technology.

262

:

This, this unfortunately is going

to get us into a very difficult

263

:

place, and that is what I actually

wanted to talk to you guys about.

264

:

When we are watching the things on our

phones and TVs, we need to be mindful of

265

:

where they're getting their information.

266

:

And again, I have seen Megyn

Kelly, Candace Owens...

267

:

Oh my gosh, like, if you don't

know Candace Owes- Owens' name,

268

:

you guys are living under a rock.

269

:

Okay?

270

:

I absolutely, personally love her.

271

:

She's Catholic.

272

:

At the end of the day, we

are all followers of Jesus.

273

:

Whatever denomination you are,

If you believe that Jesus came,

274

:

he died, and he rose at the third

day, then that's all you need.

275

:

It doesn't matter what denomination you

are, that is the basis of your salvation

276

:

and how it is that you can be reconciled

back to the Father through Jesus Christ.

277

:

That is the only way, faith

and believing in Jesus Christ.

278

:

I digress.

279

:

Um, but if you know any of these

independent, uh, podcasters,

280

:

Candace, Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson

is the most viral one right now.

281

:

They are being persecuted, and they

are being persecuted for truth.

282

:

They are being persecuted for saying

their opinions that are honestly, in

283

:

my, in my humble opinion, are correct.

284

:

They have Christian values.

285

:

Megyn Kelly I believe is also Catholic,

however, she's the m- much more

286

:

neutral than, um, Tucker and Candace.

287

:

However, you can't listen to social media,

you can't listen to Instagram, you can't

288

:

listen to Facebook and TikTok and Reels.

289

:

You have to watch the full

context of what they are saying.

290

:

And like I was saying a few minutes

ago, I have done the legwork.

291

:

I have seen all of these videos

while I work in the office.

292

:

Tucker Carlson has interviews that

are, like, two and a half hours, and

293

:

I watch them while I'm working...

294

:

Well, listen to them while I'm

working, and they're very good.

295

:

So when I see friends of mine, when I

see people online that are doing these

296

:

little clips of all of these- People, um,

who have the best interest at heart for

297

:

their audience, and they're sharing these

clips, and they're calling them, um, Islam

298

:

lovers and all of these negative things,

and anti-Semites and, uh, genocide lovers.

299

:

It is the worst.

300

:

If you know Jesus, if you know and

you read your Bible, what is going

301

:

on in the world today is wrong.

302

:

However, it is also biblical.

303

:

These things are gonna happen.

304

:

There will be rumors of wars.

305

:

There will be wars.

306

:

There will be famine.

307

:

There will be all things

s- all things going on.

308

:

Like, one day I'm going to do a

Sound Mind series on Revelation,

309

:

um, but that's a doozy.

310

:

So anyway, but if you know, you know

that these things are biblical and

311

:

these things are coming, all the

things that are going on with Israel.

312

:

Like, it's just, it's crazy.

313

:

However, my message to you in

these 20-something minutes is that

314

:

you need to please keep things in

context, and that goes for this.

315

:

That goes for your Bible.

316

:

We as human beings love to pick and choose

little verses here and there that make

317

:

us feel all warm and fuzzy, and all of

our pastors, well, old pastors or other

318

:

pastors online, um, not my pastor now.

319

:

My pastor now, if he reads

something that's not in context,

320

:

he tells us, "Point it out.

321

:

Call me out on it, because I'm wrong

if I do that," as he should, 'cause

322

:

that is exactly what the Bible says.

323

:

If we are not calling out our pastors...

324

:

And in leaving, I did actually

have a conversation with my

325

:

pastor, and I gave them, you know,

my experience and my two cents.

326

:

Hopefully they grow from it.

327

:

Who knows?

328

:

I don't know.

329

:

But my part as a, sister in Christ to

the people of the church, a person that

330

:

went to that church for a while, uh,

excuse me, for a while, and, uh, I'm

331

:

just part of the, the body of Christ.

332

:

I have to make sure that he was

aware of how I felt, and how I felt

333

:

that there was something lacking.

334

:

Um, so anyway, with that aside, we

have to be sure that we keep things

335

:

in context, and we have to read.

336

:

And the same thing goes with what we are

consuming on these lovely little devices.

337

:

We can't just take word for word

everything that we see on this.

338

:

If there is someone that you like

and you see all these attacks and all

339

:

these clips, watch the full video.

340

:

Watch the full video.

341

:

Get the full context.

342

:

Watch another person where

that's coming from, and how

343

:

did they get that information?

344

:

It's very important.

345

:

It's like studying when we were in school.

346

:

I know that kids nowadays, all they

do is they grab their computer,

347

:

they Google, and they get answers.

348

:

But when I grew up in the '90s, I had to

grab an encyclopedia before the internet.

349

:

I had to do some research.

350

:

I had to go on askjeeves.com

351

:

and ask questions, and that

was, like, kinda weird.

352

:

And we had to do the legwork.

353

:

And it's the same things.

354

:

We are living through end time prophecies.

355

:

And these are times where AI is

ramping up, and these are times where

356

:

we don't know what is in front of us.

357

:

We do not know what we are seeing,

if it's real or if it is fake.

358

:

So with that, I tell you

guys, lay off your phone.

359

:

Lay off your social media.

360

:

This thing right here,

it's going to drain you.

361

:

It's going to drain you, and it's

going to do a number on your mind.

362

:

If we have five or 10 minutes and we

want to look and we wanna scroll, fine.

363

:

Post something cute.

364

:

Post something that you like.

365

:

Put it down.

366

:

Put it away.

367

:

Get your nose into this.

368

:

And certainly do your research.

369

:

If you can watch videos as you're working,

like me, you know, that, that is a, a

370

:

blessing, um, that I am able to do that.

371

:

But if you're able to, in the

background, listen to some of these

372

:

independent podcasters to kinda

become more aware of what's going

373

:

on around the world, um, do that.

374

:

But don't just fall for the clickbait.

375

:

Don't.

376

:

Don't do it.

377

:

Don't do it.

378

:

It is the worst.

379

:

It is the worst thing because then

you live in a world that's not real,

380

:

and they are trying to feed us all

of these things to keep us asleep.

381

:

To keep us asleep.

382

:

But the Word says that

we have to be awake.

383

:

We have to be awake waiting for the groom.

384

:

We have to be like the those five

women that had their lamps and had oil,

385

:

And forgive me right now if I don't

know it exactly word for word.

386

:

Again, read your Word.

387

:

But this is what came to mind right now.

388

:

I don't wanna be that person

that gets stranded without oil.

389

:

I don't wanna be that person

that gets stranded without oil.

390

:

I need to be informed.

391

:

I need to be fed.

392

:

And that is why I'm doing the best that

I can with my Wednesday Bible study with

393

:

a pastor that will never step foot on,

on the pulpit without his Bible open.

394

:

None of this.

395

:

And you guys need to do the same thing

You guys need to do the same thing.

396

:

Context is everything.

397

:

Stop reading around the words because

you are not looking for conviction.

398

:

How is your heart going to change?

399

:

How is your life going to improve?

400

:

How is your relationship with Jesus going

to be real if you do not allow this, these

401

:

scriptures, these words to do their job?

402

:

You can't do that when

you read around the lines.

403

:

You have to read through everything.

404

:

You can't pick and choose.

405

:

This isn't get a little bit and

then save the rest for later.

406

:

That's not what the Bible is.

407

:

The Bible is love, and the only

way that we can get to Jesus is to

408

:

understand this fully in context.

409

:

And that's why I have this

ready to go for you guys.

410

:

I have a bunch of these little m-

scriptures right here outlined.

411

:

These are all the things that, that

I have read and things that I liked.

412

:

But I have a few little tabs here that

I wanna share with you as to why it's

413

:

important to keep this in context.

414

:

And the very first one that I am reading

here is Deuteronomy:

415

:

says here: "Also it shall be, when

he sits on the throne of his kingdom,

416

:

that he shall write for himself a

copy of this law in a book from the

417

:

one before the priests, the Levites.

418

:

And," verse 19, "And it shall be with

him, and he shall read it all the days of

419

:

his life, that he may learn for fear..."

420

:

Excuse me.

421

:

"That he may learn to fear the Lord his

God, and be careful to observe all the

422

:

words of this law and these statutes."

423

:

You guys are probably

like, "What is going on?"

424

:

So in Deuteronomy chapter 17, and it

actually starts in verse 14, but I just

425

:

wanted to pinpoint verse 18 and 19.

426

:

But in Deuteronomy 17, this section

talks about how the kings who came to

427

:

power had the commandments or the, the

commandment that they were allowed...

428

:

Um, excuse me.

429

:

That they were in charge of reading

the commandments and writing the

430

:

commandments every single day.

431

:

And not just to that, they had to

read them to the people so that no one

432

:

deviated, and so that everyone heard

it, and so that everyone learned.

433

:

So, if a king who is above all of the

peasants and servants and people, whatever

434

:

you wanna call them at that time, if the

king was in charge of keeping those laws

435

:

and those commandments- Just think to

yourself, is that what's being done now?

436

:

That's what's in the word of God

right here, Deuteronomy chapter 17.

437

:

Is that being done right now?

438

:

I'll leave that right

there, but it's in here.

439

:

It doesn't matter where

you are in the totem pole.

440

:

If you're a king, you're a president,

you're a whoever, if you're a toilet

441

:

washer, if you are a farmer, if you're

a stay-at-home mom, we all have to

442

:

read the word and share it exactly

as it is so that people learn it and

443

:

so that people hear it correctly.

444

:

Deuteronomy chapter 17,

verse 18 through 19.

445

:

And now I'm gonna go ahead

into Nehemiah chapter eight,

446

:

right here.

447

:

Sorry, guys, getting used to these nails.

448

:

Nehemiah chapter 8,

verse seven through 12.

449

:

Now, in this particular scripture,

Ezra, um, who they're talking about

450

:

here in chapter eight in Nehemiah,

is reading the word to other people

451

:

that are around him, and again,

keeping things in context, making sure

452

:

that people continue to understand

it and hear it exactly how it is.

453

:

Let me put my little note there.

454

:

So he was reading it directly, and

he stresses the importance of reading

455

:

it for yourself and understanding,

not just hearing it from other

456

:

people, like a pastor in a pulpit

or, like, online, or from wherever

457

:

you may get your information.

458

:

Read it for yourself.

459

:

Nehemiah chapter 8,

verse seven through 12.

460

:

And it says, "Also Jeshua, Bani,

Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Jebuthiah,

461

:

Hodiah, Maasiah," or Messiah, "Keiliah,

Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and

462

:

the Levites," sorry if I butchered

those, "and the Levites helped the people

463

:

to understand the law, and the people

stood in their place," verse eight.

464

:

"So they read distinctly from

the book in the law of God, and

465

:

they gave the sense and helped

them to understand the reading."

466

:

So in this instance, they were reading

the word to people, but not only

467

:

were they reading it word for word,

the word of God and the law, they

468

:

were helping them to understand it.

469

:

So I pray that is what

I'm doing with you guys.

470

:

Um, that's the only thing

that we should be doing.

471

:

But anyway, moving on to the

third verse that I have for you.

472

:

I have three more.

473

:

Three, four, five verses.

474

:

So verse three, and this one I actually

found as I was planning the verses,

475

:

so it's just- It's crazy how, like,

the Bible just kind of speaks to you.

476

:

But verse three, it's

actually in Revelation that

477

:

I was talking about before.

478

:

It's Revelation 22:6-7.

479

:

And this is, um, in here in my Bible

it's separated again by, like, topics,

480

:

and this one says, "The time is near."

481

:

So verse six,

482

:

"Then he said to me: 'These words

are faithful and true, and the Lord

483

:

God of the holy prophets sent his

angel to show his servants the things

484

:

which must shortly take place.'"

485

:

Verse seven, and these are in red letter.

486

:

This is Jesus speaking directly to

John, who is the author of this book.

487

:

Verse seven says, "Behold,

I am coming quickly.

488

:

Blessed is he who keeps the words

of the prophecy of this book."

489

:

So if you interpret that exactly how

it said, "Blessed is he who keeps the

490

:

words of the prophecy of this book," that

nothing has changed, that you take it how

491

:

he is telling you, you will be blessed.

492

:

And we are blessed indeed, because

we have all of these things

493

:

that we have been given by God.

494

:

But essentially, if we, in long-suffering,

continue to have faith and hope in

495

:

Jesus Christ and his coming back, no

matter what's going on around us, we

496

:

will be blessed and we will be saved

and we will be reconciled back to the

497

:

Father, only through Jesus Christ.

498

:

Um, so I wanted to share that because

he says here, um, that, "The Lord

499

:

God of the holy prophets sent his

angel to show his servants the things

500

:

which must shortly take place."

501

:

So God sent Jesus' angel to show

his servant, Jesus' servants,

502

:

meaning his disciples, the things

which must shortly take place.

503

:

I'm interpreting that as the person

who wrote Revelation, he was a person

504

:

sent by Jesus and God and the angel of

Jesus to show us what was gonna happen.

505

:

And that's why Jesus said

then in verse seven, again,

506

:

"Behold, I am coming quickly.

507

:

Blessed is he who keeps the words

of the prophecy of this book."

508

:

So that was the third one.

509

:

Now we're gonna go to number four

that I had, which is right here.

510

:

It's actually, I had no idea, it's the

last verse of the Bible in Revelation,

511

:

and that is Revelation 22:18-21.

512

:

And it says...

513

:

Oh, this section is called A Warning.

514

:

This section says, "For I testify to

everyone who hears the words of the

515

:

prophecy of this book, if anyone adds

to these things, God will add to him the

516

:

plagues that are written in this book."

517

:

Verse 19, "And if anyone takes away from

the words of the book of this prophecy,

518

:

God shall take away his part from the book

of life, from the holy city, and from the

519

:

things which are written in this book."

520

:

Verse 20, "He who testifies to these

things say," in red letters, this is

521

:

Jesus, " 'Surely I am coming quickly.'

522

:

" Amen.

523

:

Even so, come Lord Jesus.

524

:

Verse 21, "The grace of our Lord

Jesus Christ be with you all.

525

:

Amen."

526

:

Going back to verse 18, I got

chills right now, honestly.

527

:

Um, verse 18 through verse 19, it clearly

says that if anyone adds words, God

528

:

will add to the plagues in your life.

529

:

And in verse 19, if you remove words,

remove prophecy, God will take away

530

:

His part from the book of life.

531

:

Meaning, if you are saved, is your

name going to be in the book of life?

532

:

He's gonna remove things from the

holy city, and from the things

533

:

which are written in this book.

534

:

So again, that's a clear warning.

535

:

Oh, gosh.

536

:

It's a clear warning.

537

:

We need to have the

context, not read around it.

538

:

Allow our minds and our hearts to be

stirred by what the Bible is telling us.

539

:

And do not allow your heart and

your mind to be stirred by this,

540

:

by what you guys are seeing here.

541

:

You can't.

542

:

You can't do that.

543

:

This has nothing to do with this book.

544

:

And guys, to close out,

545

:

I'm going to read from 2 Timothy 3:13-17.

546

:

And I titled this, specifically

myself, my interpretation, I titled

547

:

this Man versus the Word of God.

548

:

So 2 Timothy 3:13-17.

549

:

Oh, right here, was covering it.

550

:

This is my last scripture for today.

551

:

Verse 13, "But evil men and

imposters will grow worse and worse,

552

:

deceiving and being deceived."

553

:

Doesn't that sound like today?

554

:

That sounds like today.

555

:

Verse 14, "But you must continue

in the things which you have

556

:

learned and have been assured of."

557

:

Knowing from whom you have learned them.

558

:

The things you have learned and

from whom you've learned them.

559

:

Number 15, excuse me, verse 15.

560

:

And that from childhood you have known

the Holy Scriptures, which are able

561

:

to make you wise for salvation through

faith, which is in Jesus Christ.

562

:

Verse 16, All scripture is

given by inspiration of God.

563

:

All scripture.

564

:

And is profitable Sorry,

I, like, interjected that.

565

:

Oh my God, I got carried away.

566

:

Verse 16, All scripture is given by

inspiration of God and is profitable for

567

:

doctrine, for reproof, for correction,

for instruction in righteousness.

568

:

Verse 17, That the man of God

may be complete, thoroughly

569

:

equipped for every good work.

570

:

And it's funny because as I was at my

daughter's doctor appointment today,

571

:

my neighbor and now friend, Sasha,

actually had questions about everything

572

:

that she had been reading, and...

573

:

Oh, that's me back there.

574

:

Oh my God, it's so weird seeing myself.

575

:

Let me pause that.

576

:

Oh, gosh.

577

:

Anyway, um, so she reached out.

578

:

She sent me a message, she had

questions, and I sent her some of

579

:

the scriptures that I have kept in

my heart and have showed me, um, you

580

:

know, that how did people write the

New Testament, and how did that happen?

581

:

And I gave her my two cents.

582

:

I'm not gonna get into all that.

583

:

So this scripture now in Second Timothy

chapter three verse thirteen through

584

:

seventeen, specifically verse sixteen,

is also something that I'm really

585

:

going to share with her, because all

things in here are inspired by God.

586

:

And that scripture itself,

um, is also an answer to her.

587

:

Um, which she was already on point.

588

:

She wa- You know, sometimes we try

to interpret things in a different

589

:

way or in a way that our minds

just work, because we're taught to

590

:

think specifically, um, you know,

how to, like, analyze and decipher.

591

:

Mind you, she grew up in the same years

that I did, so we look deeper into things.

592

:

We tend to make nothing...

593

:

Excuse me.

594

:

We make, we tend to make a

lot of stuff out of nothing.

595

:

Um, and sometimes people just

overcomplicate the Bible, and

596

:

the Bible is not complicated.

597

:

The Bible is love.

598

:

The Bible is God's love in a book.

599

:

It's his manual back to him.

600

:

And people seem to forget that.

601

:

It's a story from beginning to end

about how Jesus was going to be

602

:

your salvation and your way back

to God, back to your real home.

603

:

This is not our home.

604

:

This is temporary.

605

:

And if only we understood that,

the way that Jesus was trying to

606

:

share the gospel and share everyone.

607

:

And that is why I'm here.

608

:

That is why I'm here doing my part in how

he truly transformed my heart and mind.

609

:

And it's hard because we're still living

in this cursed earth, still dealing with

610

:

this wretched flesh, as my pastor says.

611

:

But by the grace of God, we are saved.

612

:

And by the grace of God, we have been

given the understanding of having this.

613

:

And I'm using it.

614

:

I'm using it because I know

that this is not our last stop.

615

:

And nothing that is on

here is going to trick me.

616

:

Nothing that is AI is ever going to make

me doubt and make me unlearn or question

617

:

the word of God.

618

:

And with that, my friends, I thank you.

619

:

I know this has been a super long, um,

just talk, but I truly had it in my heart.

620

:

God really put that in my heart today.

621

:

Um, and I just, I had to be here.

622

:

I had to be here and I had to do

it because one of the things that

623

:

has been growing the most within me

is obedience and listening to God.

624

:

And I am so grateful that he has softened

me enough to leave my stubbornness behind

625

:

and to finally allow myself to be led,

not just by David, by a person, a man that

626

:

I love very much here on earth, but to

be led by Jesus and by the Holy Spirit.

627

:

So I'm here.

628

:

I hope you guys enjoyed this.

629

:

I hope it has blessed you.

630

:

And I can't wait to see you guys

back again this week because we're

631

:

going to be doing the Sonmine

series, wrapping up Ecclesiastes.

632

:

Thank you guys.

633

:

I love you and take care.
