you feel like total relaxation, so find a comfortable seat or

lay down on the ground on your floor on your mat

Very good. Today has been a very interesting day I was told or

shown that I shouldn't be swearing as much on my podcast

here. So if you sense that my language has changed, it is

because of that. I guess it's laziness from my part to be

swearing. And I can watch my language from now on and we will

have the same results. Alright, let's get started. If you're

And other big inhale here and exhale through the mouth. Very

good. Whatever your day looked like today, maybe it was very

busy, stressful. Maybe you wanted to get lots of things

done and couldn't get everything done. Maybe you had a very

relaxed and Lazy Sunday. Whatever day you had just let go

of everything now and be with yourself.

Unknown:

If you decided to have this meditation in a seated position

Unknown:

let your hands rest on your thighs with the palms down today

Unknown:

for more grounding sensation.

Unknown:

Notice if there is noise in the background or if it's very

still. And if there is noise. Try to turn that volume down and

just focus on your breath. Make it maybe you can hear the inhale

when you can for sure he Hear the exhale

you're setting the tone for your day and you will tackle

everything that comes your way with grace.

Now if you were laying down on the floor, roll to your side,

whichever side is good for you.

And then push yourself up into a comfortable seat

bring your hands to heart center and pray of position for your

mind to your heart

Let go of everything that is weighing you down

Unknown:

know that you are perfect as you are. You are seen and heard

without you even having to do anything appreciate yourself. Be

grateful to yourself. Namaste
