Unknown:today on this Sunday evening. I hope you have come to a close
Unknown:on. And yeah, feel cozy. This meditation today is for you if
Unknown:you feel like total relaxation, so find a comfortable seat or
Unknown:lay down on the ground on your floor on your mat
Unknown:Very good. Today has been a very interesting day I was told or
Unknown:shown that I shouldn't be swearing as much on my podcast
Unknown:here. So if you sense that my language has changed, it is
Unknown:because of that. I guess it's laziness from my part to be
Unknown:swearing. And I can watch my language from now on and we will
Unknown:have the same results. Alright, let's get started. If you're
Unknown:seated, adjust your pelvis. Roll your set bones on the ground,
Unknown:tip your pelvis out to the front or recline your pelvis a little
Unknown:bit. Move it back and forth, back and forth until you find a
Unknown:position where your lower back slightly arched. And the rest of
Unknown:your spine cell from your tail up to your neck is straight
Unknown:without big effort with ease. And I'll bring the shoulders up
Unknown:and back. Big inhale and exhale. Very slightly tuck your chin to
Unknown:elongate your neck. If you are laying on the ground, let your
Unknown:shoulders sink into the ground heavily. Have your feet maybe a
Unknown:meter apart, and your knees and feet kind of hanging to the
Unknown:outside of your arms 45 or 45 angle away from your body and
Unknown:your palms facing up to the sky.
Unknown:And other big inhale here and exhale through the mouth. Very
Unknown:good. Whatever your day looked like today, maybe it was very
Unknown:busy, stressful. Maybe you wanted to get lots of things
Unknown:done and couldn't get everything done. Maybe you had a very
Unknown:relaxed and Lazy Sunday. Whatever day you had just let go
Unknown:of everything now and be with yourself.
Unknown:If you decided to have this meditation in a seated position
Unknown:let your hands rest on your thighs with the palms down today
Unknown:for more grounding sensation.
Unknown:Notice if there is noise in the background or if it's very
Unknown:still. And if there is noise. Try to turn that volume down and
Unknown:just focus on your breath. Make it maybe you can hear the inhale
Unknown:when you can for sure he Hear the exhale
Unknown:inhale
Unknown:next
Unknown:relax the muscles around your eyes and your mouth and your jaw
Unknown:your forehead
Unknown:know that You're perfect just like you are
Unknown:notice when I say these positive affirmations what your monkey
Unknown:mind is doing is your monkey mind replying right away and
Unknown:saying haha you don't even know me or is your monkey mind very
Unknown:still an accepting whatever it is doing just keep the volume
Unknown:down of your monkey mind focus on your breath know that you're
Unknown:doing awesome know that there's nothing you need to do
Unknown:accomplish say to be seen and heard
Unknown:again focusing on your breath relax the muscles around your
Unknown:eyes
Unknown:I'm Joe enjoy the stillness. Enjoy the peace and quiet I'm

Unknown:mind to be still and your focus your presence to be
Unknown:unconditionally with you undivided with you
Unknown:big inhale and exhale
Unknown:maybe you chose to do this meditation at the end of your
Unknown:day
Unknown:maybe it is early in the morning. It doesn't really
Unknown:matter because if you want to go to bed soon then you're setting
Unknown:the tone for restful sleep. And if it's early in the morning,
Unknown:you're setting the tone for your day and you will tackle
Unknown:everything that comes your way with grace.
Unknown:Now if you were laying down on the floor, roll to your side,
Unknown:whichever side is good for you.
Unknown:And then push yourself up into a comfortable seat
Unknown:bring your hands to heart center and pray of position for your
Unknown:mind to your heart
Unknown:Let go of everything that is weighing you down
Unknown:know that you are perfect as you are. You are seen and heard
Unknown:without you even having to do anything appreciate yourself. Be
Unknown:grateful to yourself. Namaste
