Shownotes

In this episode

Join me for the first episode in this new Soul-Care series as I build upon and dive even deeper into how we can tend to our body, energy and life with energy medicine. Soul-Care offers a multidimensional version of energetic self-care through action based exercises, practices, suggestions, and guided visualizations.

In this first episode of the new Soul-Care Series, I share:

  • A guided energy attunement to help you tap into your own energy and shift an actual issue that is currently presenting for you physically, mentally or emotionally (and ultimately energetically).
  • How I went from skeptic to teacher of energy medicine
  • How bringing your energy into alignment (using only your imagination) can shift imbalances on any and all levels- and how everyone (even you) is born with this ability!
  • An excerpt from my book which you can learn more about or purchase on Amazon here:   The Soul-Care Workbook: A 33 Day Journey Through your Chakras and Elements

*Afterthoughts:

I just want to acknowledge the Western allopathic medical system for its wonderful contributions as well. I am grateful for all the medical workers who show up at all hours for all the hardest things, and for the amazing technological advances in medicine!

I do not think Energy Medicine should replace standard care. I do, however, believe that a broader definition for healing could be emphasized and I also believe this is coming, little by little. Perspectives are broadening. And thank goodness for that!

What exciting times we are living in.

Transcripts

Amanda Lux:

now is really the time.

Amanda Lux:

to be coming into our truest knowing each time you shake off that old

Amanda Lux:

script and find the resource to step into your courage and inner

Amanda Lux:

wisdom, you're causing a ripple in that fabric that connects us all.

Amanda Lux:

So your soul care, the way that you tend to your energy and yourself is vitally

Amanda Lux:

important, and it's never been more so.

Amanda Lux:

Welcome to a Lone Traveler's Guide to the Divine, a podcast for

Amanda Lux:

dreamers, seekers, healers, and anyone on their healing journey.

Amanda Lux:

My name is Amanda Lux, and I'm the creator of the Elevation Hive School and Community

Amanda Lux:

for Energy Medicine and dreamwork

Amanda Lux:

over the course of the last six episodes, we just completed a series on how to

Amanda Lux:

cultivate energetic alignment through the five elements by speaking to some

Amanda Lux:

of the different characteristics of each element, touching on some of the

Amanda Lux:

various ways they show up in our chakra system, and in our bodies and our lives.

Amanda Lux:

We've explored some of the attributes, gifts, and challenges,

Amanda Lux:

the elements animate for us.

Amanda Lux:

In this next series of episodes, I'm gonna be talking about soul care, taking

Amanda Lux:

these concepts even deeper , and offering some more action-based tools, and Today

Amanda Lux:

I'm gonna be discussing how soul tending through making relationships to your

Amanda Lux:

energy can actually enhance your life, your health, and all your relationships.

Amanda Lux:

And I'll be sharing how energy medicine is not only a modality

Amanda Lux:

that we can use to help others.

Amanda Lux:

It's also a way of life, a form of personal practice that I call soul care,

Amanda Lux:

I'm gonna be sharing a guided visualization that you can use to

Amanda Lux:

make relationship to your own energy system, attune your energy and orient

Amanda Lux:

yourself to a specific issue in your life, whether it's mental, physical,

Amanda Lux:

emotional, relational, whatever,

Amanda Lux:

so that you can begin to tend to yourself in this way.

Amanda Lux:

I'm gonna begin by just reading a little excerpt from my book, the Soul

Amanda Lux:

Care workbook, that I've pulled from actually a few different sections that

Amanda Lux:

talk about what energy medicine is, what soul care is in this context, and

Amanda Lux:

really why it's the most fundamentally valuable thing we can practice in order

Amanda Lux:

to heal, grow, evolve, and show up in the world as our best possible self.

Amanda Lux:

Soul care is a multi-dimensional version of self-care.

Amanda Lux:

It's about tending to your physical, emotional, and mental bodies, as

Amanda Lux:

well as your rituals, desires, dreams, essence, and energy.

Amanda Lux:

It's about devotion to the self and the inner sanctity of your sacred beingness.

Amanda Lux:

It's about tending your relationship to the mother, this planet that

Amanda Lux:

holds nourishes and provides for you.

Amanda Lux:

Most of all, soul care is about hunkering down, digging in gently,

Amanda Lux:

compassionately, turning towards and within, so that you may develop a

Amanda Lux:

practice of listening and tuning into your energy and therefore your whole being.

Amanda Lux:

Beyond caring for our minds and bodies, this is about tending to your subtle body.

Amanda Lux:

Holistically.

Amanda Lux:

Your subtle body makes up 99% of you that comes from the mystery.

Amanda Lux:

It's the vast aspect of you that is creating your experience.

Amanda Lux:

It's underneath the thoughts and vibrations that give rise to

Amanda Lux:

your pains and pleasures, your illnesses and your accomplishments.

Amanda Lux:

Soul care in this context is based in energy medicine, energy medicine

Amanda Lux:

treats disease at the vibrational level from where the dysfunction arises.

Amanda Lux:

It is holistic and preventative, ancient and cutting edge.

Amanda Lux:

There are many different modalities within the broader context of energy

Amanda Lux:

medicine, but the principles that I teach and that I talk about are mainly

Amanda Lux:

based in polarity therapy, which is heavily influenced by Ayurveda.

Amanda Lux:

Polarity works with the electromagnetic patterns expressed in the mental,

Amanda Lux:

emotional, and physical planes to determine where energy flows and

Amanda Lux:

where it is not flowing optimally.

Amanda Lux:

Life energy could also be defined as the animating force, the cosmic spark

Amanda Lux:

or breath of life, also known as prana.

Amanda Lux:

In Sanskrit, it is our spiritual essence.

Amanda Lux:

Energy precedes matter.

Amanda Lux:

It gives rise to our physical structure as well as our emotional,

Amanda Lux:

mental, and subtle layers of being.

Amanda Lux:

Life energy has its own intelligence that both affects and is affected by the

Amanda Lux:

digestion and assimilation of all our experiences, beliefs, and perceptions.

Amanda Lux:

Most simplistically you could say that when energy is blocked,

Amanda Lux:

illness or disease arises.

Amanda Lux:

When our energy flows freely, we experience health and vital.

Amanda Lux:

this is true, but of course it is simultaneously true that health from a

Amanda Lux:

holistic perspective is a dynamic, complex journey that is not so black and white.

Amanda Lux:

When we endeavor to work with our symptoms or circumstances at

Amanda Lux:

the energetic level, we recognize that life itself is the medicine.

Amanda Lux:

This isn't always the thing that brings us the solution or the cure.

Amanda Lux:

Rather, the medicine is in the process of observing, acknowledging,

Amanda Lux:

learning from and acclimating to our ever-changing energetic matrix.

Amanda Lux:

There is power in bringing our patterns to consciousness.

Amanda Lux:

Working with your elements provides a construct through which you can

Amanda Lux:

view the world, your idiosyncrasies, strengths and struggles.

Amanda Lux:

It provides a language and a means to communicate with your energy system.

Amanda Lux:

By learning how to observe yourself, you can rewire the broken connections,

Amanda Lux:

heal your past, create a new path, and find empowerment in each present moment.

Amanda Lux:

. By cultivating these tools, you will make shifts on the subtest

Amanda Lux:

levels that ripple out infinitely both backwards and forwards in time.

Amanda Lux:

Taking responsibility for your energy brings healing to not only your present

Amanda Lux:

moment self but your ancestors and future generations on a quantum level as well.

Amanda Lux:

Creating a devotional practice means honoring yourself in the highest way

Amanda Lux:

possible with radical self-acceptance, deep self-love, endlessly curious,

Amanda Lux:

exploration, rapt attention and fascination, fierce determination.

Amanda Lux:

Surrender to an acceptance of your divinity.

Amanda Lux:

The world is your mirror.

Amanda Lux:

Every challenge.

Amanda Lux:

A holy teacher every day a new opportunity to remember that you are worthy.

Amanda Lux:

Learning to work with your own energy

Amanda Lux:

is really about learning how to listen to your.

Amanda Lux:

self To the below the surface conversation that's running through every aspect of

Amanda Lux:

your life that's informing everything that manifests on the physical plane.

Amanda Lux:

Our energy is the matrix that all our experiences arise from, and

Amanda Lux:

what that means is that there's really no such thing as an accident.

Amanda Lux:

There's no way that our energy isn't influencing what happens in our life.

Amanda Lux:

The circumstances that we find ourselves in, the ways that we view

Amanda Lux:

our relationships, the thought patterns that help us make our decisions, they

Amanda Lux:

can either be keeping us stuck or limiting us, or they can be propelling

Amanda Lux:

us into new and greater versions of ourselves, our life experiences.

Amanda Lux:

Are all just reflecting.

Amanda Lux:

What's happening in our energy.

Amanda Lux:

And if we wanna change those bad habits or get rid of those unhealthy thought

Amanda Lux:

patterns, or transform our career or experience deeper, more resonant

Amanda Lux:

relationships, we can do this most effectively by listening to our energy.

Amanda Lux:

I wanted to share a bit of my book to give context for what Soul Care means

Amanda Lux:

to me as we begin this new series so we can explore the, the idea of how energy

Amanda Lux:

medicine can be utilized as a practice and how we can apply this to our lives

Amanda Lux:

in practical ways to feel better I will be sharing a guided visualization that

Amanda Lux:

is an energy attunement in a bit so that you can experience how that really feels.

Amanda Lux:

But before we go there, I wanted to just share something about my own

Amanda Lux:

experience of learning how to listen to energy in case there is a part

Amanda Lux:

of you that is not so sure about it.

Amanda Lux:

And I think it's a really natural.

Amanda Lux:

to question what we can't see or touch with our physical senses,

Amanda Lux:

Even if you have felt energy before and you have a sense of what that feels like.

Amanda Lux:

which you definitely have.

Amanda Lux:

Everyone has felt energy , but you might still question your understanding

Amanda Lux:

of it or your ability to trust it.

Amanda Lux:

And that is also really normal.

Amanda Lux:

Tuning into your energy and listening to your soul's needs on a deeper level

Amanda Lux:

like this just takes practice, which is exactly why I see it as a practic.

Amanda Lux:

And if we ignore it for even a little bit, sometimes it gets out of shape.

Amanda Lux:

, we have to work it out in order to keep it in shape.

Amanda Lux:

Cuz sometimes it, it gets dull if we're not using it.

Amanda Lux:

And to just honor the skeptic or even the subtle voice in you that

Amanda Lux:

isn't so sure if you can trust it.

Amanda Lux:

I thought I would share that there was a time when I didn't

Amanda Lux:

know if I could feel it.

Amanda Lux:

In fact, there was a time when I wasn't even sure that massage worked, and

Amanda Lux:

that's about as hands on as it gets

Amanda Lux:

when I first went to massage school, I was super

Amanda Lux:

skeptical about whether or not massage could actually do anything.

Amanda Lux:

I couldn't really understand why touching somebody's skin and moving your hand

Amanda Lux:

around on the outside of their body was gonna do anything to their muscles, And

Amanda Lux:

I had to learn how to like, engage my imagination in order to picture the

Amanda Lux:

muscles below the surface cuz there's all these layers of tissue and fad and,

Amanda Lux:

and fluids between the skin that I was touching and the muscles underneath that.

Amanda Lux:

So I didn't really understand at first how that could be effecti.

Amanda Lux:

And it took me a little while I had to experience it for myself and I had

Amanda Lux:

to give a lot of massages in order to really begin to picture and feel what the

Amanda Lux:

tissue felt like when it was healthy and what it felt like when it was all bound

Amanda Lux:

up, and how to identify that sensation of release for both what I could feel

Amanda Lux:

and for what my client was feeling.

Amanda Lux:

And over time it became second nature.

Amanda Lux:

It was so obvious to me that it was incredibly supportive for the whole

Amanda Lux:

body that I could see people having emotional shifts, mental shifts, as

Amanda Lux:

well as getting rid of longstanding pain patterns that they didn't

Amanda Lux:

have any other way of treating.

Amanda Lux:

I literally had people who would go to the doctor they would be.

Amanda Lux:

diagnosed with pain, idiopathic pain, , they don't know why.

Amanda Lux:

There's just pain there, and they'd be given, you know, told to take

Amanda Lux:

ibuprofen or stronger pain medication.

Amanda Lux:

They didn't have any solutions and they didn't really try to look

Amanda Lux:

at what was causing that pain.

Amanda Lux:

They just said, oh, you have pain treated with this painkiller.

Amanda Lux:

And I can't tell you how many times and how many clients I experienced, you know,

Amanda Lux:

finding ways to relieve that pain, either through direct body work, through massage

Amanda Lux:

techniques, but also through the energy work, through meeting them with what

Amanda Lux:

was going on in their life and making those conscious connections between how

Amanda Lux:

they were feeling stuck or what wasn't working for them internally, emotionally.

Amanda Lux:

Or maybe it was just something old that was trapped there.

Amanda Lux:

, through addressing these issues that were otherwise sometimes incurable or long

Amanda Lux:

standing and chronic, they were able to find relief and resolution and create

Amanda Lux:

new patterns and new ways of being.

Amanda Lux:

And it's really, really, really incredible to watch that happen.

Amanda Lux:

And I've been practicing for over 20 years and I've seen thousands of of

Amanda Lux:

people go through these processes.

Amanda Lux:

So it's not like it just was a one-time thing,

Amanda Lux:

but this also gave me an opportunity to really look at our medical system.

Amanda Lux:

I've worked with a lot of doctors and naturopathic doctors and

Amanda Lux:

various practitioners who've referred patients to me and.

Amanda Lux:

One thing I've learned about this Western medical system is that it, it's really

Amanda Lux:

quite broken . Like it really, really is.

Amanda Lux:

It seems that a lot of times Western medicine is really focused on, or

Amanda Lux:

emphasize the cessation of symptoms.

Amanda Lux:

They don't really look at the whole healing journey of the individual.

Amanda Lux:

If someone is sick, they give 'em a pill.

Amanda Lux:

If it's, if they have something broken, they wanna fix it.

Amanda Lux:

If there's a disease, they wanna fight it.

Amanda Lux:

Death is considered the enemy.

Amanda Lux:

Illness is an outsider to be conquered, and in my opinion,

Amanda Lux:

that's a really colonialist way to to view things actually.

Amanda Lux:

And so polarity was really appealing to me because it comes from the amalgamation of

Amanda Lux:

all of these different spiritual insights

Amanda Lux:

and energetic healing traditions that incorporates ideas from the far east,

Amanda Lux:

from ancient hermetic philosophies and indigenous medicines, and it synthesizes

Amanda Lux:

all of these healing principles that have been around since before time or

Amanda Lux:

words were recorded it's in, even in the astrology of the stars and the origin

Amanda Lux:

stories that are told around campfires, and it completely aligns with everything

Amanda Lux:

that modern science, especially quantum physics, is just now being able to prove.

Amanda Lux:

But coming back to this idea of how available are we to be able to listen

Amanda Lux:

to what's being spoken underneath our symptoms, and as a practitioner,

Amanda Lux:

I think about, what is the client really saying underneath what they

Amanda Lux:

even know consciously, what's showing up in the colors they're wearing,

Amanda Lux:

and in the inflection of their voice.

Amanda Lux:

How can I be present and hold space for them?

Amanda Lux:

How can I honor my own intuitive knowing?

Amanda Lux:

One thing that I tell my students when I'm teaching polarity therapy is

Amanda Lux:

that this, this medicine is ancient.

Amanda Lux:

It's everywhere.

Amanda Lux:

It's already within.

Amanda Lux:

. And no matter how new any of these ideas or concepts or techniques

Amanda Lux:

may be to you in your logical left brain, you can invite your intuition

Amanda Lux:

to come into the conversation.

Amanda Lux:

Your creative knowingness, and that resides within all of us,

Amanda Lux:

you who are listening to this.

Amanda Lux:

You don't have to be some kind of wizard to tune into energy

Amanda Lux:

medicine, . It's available to everyone.

Amanda Lux:

We are all made of energy.

Amanda Lux:

So this work is really just about remembering.

Amanda Lux:

It's about coming home to our own alignment and then showing

Amanda Lux:

up and helping others around us to find their alignment as well.

Amanda Lux:

When we are in our alignment, then we're able to listen and we're

Amanda Lux:

able to reset those imbalances.

Amanda Lux:

So energy medicine isn't necessarily about treating and imbalance, though.

Amanda Lux:

It's about listening, and it's about returning to that alignment where the

Amanda Lux:

system can then reorient to wellness.

Amanda Lux:

It's a little bit different than treating and imbalance directly.

Amanda Lux:

It's like how can we resonate with what is well, what is already

Amanda Lux:

flowing, and enhance that in the body and in our life and our energy.

Amanda Lux:

and then it's about honoring that whatever imbalance is showing up

Amanda Lux:

in our body or in our life, that that is a healing opportunity.

Amanda Lux:

And as a practitioner, I'm not concerned with how or when or if they're

Amanda Lux:

presenting issue even gets treated.

Amanda Lux:

Specifically.

Amanda Lux:

What I'm interested in is orienting myself to what's the message underneath it?

Amanda Lux:

What's the lesson?

Amanda Lux:

What's the symbolism, the aha or the physical, mental, emotional alignment

Amanda Lux:

that is needed so that maximum energetic flow can be restored.

Amanda Lux:

And all we need to be thinking about is how can energy be flowing?

Amanda Lux:

, we don't have to focus so much on our symptoms, but if we get curious

Amanda Lux:

about what's underneath them, that's when true healing begins to happen.

Amanda Lux:

I think that our dominant culture, especially in the Western world

Amanda Lux:

and, and the way that we live, really it does cause a lot of

Amanda Lux:

divisiveness and a lot of sickness.

Amanda Lux:

But in polarity there's this idea that everything's on a continuum, and

Amanda Lux:

the more we awaken and the more that we evolve, the more ignorance and

Amanda Lux:

chaos we'll be showing up as well.

Amanda Lux:

That's just how it works.

Amanda Lux:

So now is really the time.

Amanda Lux:

to be coming into our truest knowing there's never been a better time.

Amanda Lux:

For those of us who are listening to our own energy and tending the subtle fields

Amanda Lux:

that make up the fabric of our existence.

Amanda Lux:

Whatever we can do then for ourselves, we're also doing for the collective.

Amanda Lux:

Each time you shake off that old script and find the resource to

Amanda Lux:

step into your courage and inner wisdom, you're causing a ripple in

Amanda Lux:

that fabric that connects us all.

Amanda Lux:

your soul care, the way that you tend to your energy and yourself is vitally

Amanda Lux:

important, and it's never been more so.

Amanda Lux:

So I just wanna say that you can do this, that you were made for this, that

Amanda Lux:

maybe you're already practicing some sort of energy work or maybe you have

Amanda Lux:

no idea even what that really means, even though I just talked a lot about

Amanda Lux:

it, . But you do have this inside of you.

Amanda Lux:

We all do.

Amanda Lux:

And it's really just about tapping into that fundamental truth of our being and

Amanda Lux:

being willing to go out into the mystery to like hold space for new possibilities.

Amanda Lux:

To not have to fully understand is actually a really good place to start.

Amanda Lux:

It opens up that vast creative mind and our imagination is really the vehicle we

Amanda Lux:

wanna be utilizing because that's, that's how we tap in, that's how we perceive

Amanda Lux:

energy is through our imagination.

Amanda Lux:

So I'm going to be transitioning into this little exercise and it is

Amanda Lux:

a, a bit of a guided visualization.

Amanda Lux:

So depending on where you are right now in this moment, it might

Amanda Lux:

be good for you to like not drive a car if you're gonna go deep.

Amanda Lux:

But I just wanna invite you to take this in to whatever depth works for you.

Amanda Lux:

Don't overthink it.

Amanda Lux:

If you need to set yourself up in a space where you can really

Amanda Lux:

settle into this, then I invite you to go ahead and and do that now.

Amanda Lux:

And maybe you wanna pause this and come back in a minute.

Amanda Lux:

So the purpose of this visualization is just to do a little energetic attunement,

Amanda Lux:

and this is about what does that mean and what does it feel like to come into

Amanda Lux:

alignment and what happens to the rest of our body and our life when we do.

Amanda Lux:

That's what we're gonna be doing together here is just being curious about that.

Amanda Lux:

So wherever you are, uh, just begin by taking a few clearing breaths just to

Amanda Lux:

bring your awareness from the outside world to the inside of yourself.

Amanda Lux:

Calling your attention inward, not focusing on the past where you've been,

Amanda Lux:

or who you think you have been up until now or the future, and where you're going.

Amanda Lux:

We're just going to come into the now, this present moment

Amanda Lux:

with an openness and a curiosity.

Amanda Lux:

And you're invited to just tune into your body from here to notice if there's

Amanda Lux:

any sensations, any emotions, and just take a moment to become present

Amanda Lux:

and pause here and really notice what's going on inside of yourself.

Amanda Lux:

Maybe you already have an awareness of something that's knocking on the door

Amanda Lux:

of your consciousness, but in a moment I wanna invite you to allow an issue

Amanda Lux:

to come forward that you would like to resolve or tend through this alignment.

Amanda Lux:

And that could be something that's going on physically.

Amanda Lux:

It could be something in your life that you wanna shift.

Amanda Lux:

What is one thing in this present moment that would like some tending?

Amanda Lux:

or maybe what's the first thing that comes into your, brain when

Amanda Lux:

you ask yourself that question

Amanda Lux:

and just making a decision to go with that thing that's popping up for you right now.

Amanda Lux:

I wanna just invite you to begin to make relationship to that.

Amanda Lux:

Maybe there are specific sensations related to it.

Amanda Lux:

Maybe there's an emotional quality, and if it had a color or an image

Amanda Lux:

or a word, what would that be?

Amanda Lux:

And I just wanna invite you to, in your imagination, decide on a number

Amanda Lux:

that you're going to apply to this.

Amanda Lux:

Issue that you're experiencing, on a scale of one to 10, what

Amanda Lux:

is it at for you right now?

Amanda Lux:

One being it's just a little pea shoot in the soil of your being, and 10 being

Amanda Lux:

it's like a massive tree of discomfort.

Amanda Lux:

And how big of a deal is it in this moment?

Amanda Lux:

That's really all you wanna decide.

Amanda Lux:

How much is it challenging you?

Amanda Lux:

And maybe you wanna speak this number out loud, just fully acknowledging

Amanda Lux:

how it is for you to have this thing going on in your life.

Amanda Lux:

And so now that you've identified how intense it is for you or how big of a deal

Amanda Lux:

it is, right in this moment, . We're gonna give it some space, some acknowledgement,

Amanda Lux:

maybe offer just a compassionate moment to honor whatever it is for you.

Amanda Lux:

Honor that it has its own intelligence, its own purpose.

Amanda Lux:

Honoring that it's part of your heroes or healer's.

Amanda Lux:

And maybe it's just one of the many beautiful or terrible or beautifully

Amanda Lux:

terrible obstacles that you came here to learn and grow from.

Amanda Lux:

Maybe it's perfect.

Amanda Lux:

And when we allow that idea to come in,

Amanda Lux:

what we're really doing is just bringing in a little bit of trust in your soul's

Amanda Lux:

ability to take care of this and to be taken care of in your ability to learn

Amanda Lux:

and heal in exactly the right way.

Amanda Lux:

And timing that is perfect for you.

Amanda Lux:

Even if you cannot in your wildest imagination, determine how that is true.

Amanda Lux:

We're just going to invite the mystery around that,

Amanda Lux:

and now that we have acknowledged that there's a thing, maybe there's

Amanda Lux:

many things going on for you.

Amanda Lux:

, we're just going to let, let it be for a minute, opening the doorway of possibility

Amanda Lux:

that it could become something new.

Amanda Lux:

And we're gonna do that by now.

Amanda Lux:

Just focusing on our own alignment.

Amanda Lux:

Coming into an imagination of the spine.

Amanda Lux:

And in the center of your spine, there is a hollow place that is full

Amanda Lux:

of liquid, that has a pulsation, your cerebral spinal fluid.

Amanda Lux:

And within that fluid, we could imagine that there's also a subtle

Amanda Lux:

energy that's flowing and breathing.

Amanda Lux:

And that subtle energy that flows through the center of our spine, it

Amanda Lux:

also flows through our entire body, through every cell and molecule.

Amanda Lux:

And it extends even beyond our body, out the top of your head growing

Amanda Lux:

up through the crown chakra.

Amanda Lux:

You could imagine this glowing light, rising up.

Amanda Lux:

All the way through the atmosphere, out into space, into whatever idea you can

Amanda Lux:

conjure for the center of the cosmos.

Amanda Lux:

Perhaps that is a place that you would consider your source, the origin

Amanda Lux:

of your soul, your highest self,

Amanda Lux:

and connecting with this energy, allowing yourself to draw that down

Amanda Lux:

and in and through you infusing your body with your own divinity, and

Amanda Lux:

moving down through the bottom of your spine, allowing it to grow like roots

Amanda Lux:

through the floor and into the center of the earth.

Amanda Lux:

Connecting with that healing, nourishing earth energy, allowing yourself to

Amanda Lux:

draw that energy up and into your body,

Amanda Lux:

and as the energy of the earth and the energy of sky mingle within you,

Amanda Lux:

in The center of your spine.

Amanda Lux:

Is being infused with unlimited resource.

Amanda Lux:

And from here you are in alignment.

Amanda Lux:

And in this expansive space, healing is possible.

Amanda Lux:

Remembering from here that you are already whole, that you already have

Amanda Lux:

everything you need, that you have access to it all from this place,

Amanda Lux:

and inviting in any insight, any support, any energy that is necessary

Amanda Lux:

for you in the moment to find more balance, more flow in your energy,

Amanda Lux:

in your body, and in your life.

Amanda Lux:

And as you begin to acclimate to this more expansive way of being,

Amanda Lux:

I wanna invite you to bring your attention back to that initial thing.

Amanda Lux:

And just notice, be curious what has changed about it,

Amanda Lux:

whatever number it was at before.

Amanda Lux:

Where has it come to now?

Amanda Lux:

Maybe there's a new word or a new.

Amanda Lux:

Or a new insight available, And as you're ready, I invite you to return

Amanda Lux:

your awareness to this present moment, to what's going on within and around you as.

Amanda Lux:

And in completion,

Amanda Lux:

I just want to invite you to really honor yourself for being willing to courageously

Amanda Lux:

explore your energy in this way., acknowledge these shifts for yourself.

Amanda Lux:

Whatever is coming up for you is perfect.

Amanda Lux:

Nothing has to be different, but it almost always is,

Amanda Lux:

this is a tool that you can return to anytime it is yours.

Amanda Lux:

You have access to it through your imagination.

Amanda Lux:

Connecting on this axis of expansiveness is one way that we

Amanda Lux:

can begin to orient our energy.

Amanda Lux:

And through this attunement, our energy begins to flow

Amanda Lux:

and pulse more efficiently.

Amanda Lux:

No matter how old or chronic or brand new and recent, our issues may be that

Amanda Lux:

it's through that courage to explore in a multi-dimensional way, that

Amanda Lux:
