Transcripts

Melissa Amos:

Good morning, Beth. We've both arrived here with our

Melissa Amos:

cards in our hands today. Both sitting here. I don't know if you can hear

Melissa Amos:

the shuffley shuffles on the, on the recording, so why don't

Melissa Amos:

we synchronicity of what we're going to speak

Melissa Amos:

about today? What deck do you have? I've got

Beth Hewitt:

the, the prism oracle

Beth Hewitt:

deck. Tap into your intuition with the magic of

Beth Hewitt:

colour. Nice. I've got a few decks up here,

Beth Hewitt:

but we'll go with the colour ones. All about the colour. They can be

Beth Hewitt:

quite direct to these cards. Okay. I actually used them

Beth Hewitt:

to do a twelve month reading the other day because there's 45

Beth Hewitt:

cards in the deck. And I took one of the cards out and I split

Beth Hewitt:

them into four quarters into quarters.

Beth Hewitt:

And I did a reading using the cards for each of the

Beth Hewitt:

sections of the year, which was interesting. I can't remember all,

Beth Hewitt:

I can't remember all the things, but it was fun. It was an impromptu. Oh,

Beth Hewitt:

let's. I've had this idea. Let's do this. I was in the moment, so that's

Beth Hewitt:

what I did. So let's pull some

Beth Hewitt:

cards. Okay. So I have the divine

Melissa Amos:

Masters Oracle deck by Kyle Gray.

Melissa Amos:

Artwork by Jennifer Hawkyard.

Melissa Amos:

I do love this deck, and it's

Melissa Amos:

still quite new for me, but it, it has, I

Melissa Amos:

don't know, it just has this kind of galactic feel about it.

Melissa Amos:

I'm well into that at the moment. Let's just ask. Theme

Melissa Amos:

for whenever you are. So this is where. Whenever, wherever,

Melissa Amos:

whatever your listening list

Melissa Amos:

messages for our listeners.

Melissa Amos:

Okay. Wow.

Melissa Amos:

Okay. So the first card that I pulled

Melissa Amos:

is the Atlanteans. And it's like an

Melissa Amos:

indigo bluey purple. Show you, Beth.

Melissa Amos:

Indigo bluey purple figure of

Melissa Amos:

light. And I can just see his. Her eyes

Melissa Amos:

are very green and very deep and

Melissa Amos:

they have this golden. It's a bit like lapis, if you imagine a

Melissa Amos:

lapis lazuli crystal,

Melissa Amos:

it's like that. And this is all about evolution,

Melissa Amos:

about technology, about acceleration, about

Melissa Amos:

what legacy we are leaving behind. And it's

Melissa Amos:

interesting for me because this has been coming up quite a lot

Melissa Amos:

recently in my, in my thoughts and in my

Melissa Amos:

contemplations. I've been speaking a lot about this want and this need for

Melissa Amos:

growth and for evolving. And this are we

Melissa Amos:

influenced more by our past or by our future? And I'm seeing a

Melissa Amos:

real shift. Like, it's coming up a lot for me in conversations about

Melissa Amos:

what are we being driven by? Is it our past or is it our

Melissa Amos:

future? And actually this

Melissa Amos:

card, if you think about it's, the Atlanteans. And if you're familiar

Melissa Amos:

with the, what should we call it, the mythical stories of

Melissa Amos:

Atlantis, it is this legacy that they've left behind, and

Melissa Amos:

it is these stories of power being safe in our

Melissa Amos:

hands, of spiritual technologies, of

Melissa Amos:

this collective energy, of people standing in their

Melissa Amos:

own. What it is that they do and their own power, their own

Melissa Amos:

strength, their own unique gifts, and

Melissa Amos:

whatever it is that we do, the impact that, if you believe

Melissa Amos:

in Atlantis, the impact

Melissa Amos:

from thousands, maybe even millions of

Melissa Amos:

years ago and how it is still impacting

Melissa Amos:

and influencing how we show up today. So, for me, this

Melissa Amos:

message is, think about your evolution. When

Melissa Amos:

you're making a decision, when you're moving through something, yes, we're going to

Melissa Amos:

be influenced by the past, but also think about where it is that we're going

Melissa Amos:

to. And if you were telling this story in ten years

Melissa Amos:

time to somebody about how you managed to

Melissa Amos:

move through this, how would you like to

Melissa Amos:

speak about this? As if it was a turning point, as if this was the

Melissa Amos:

moment of. Yes, this was the moment that I

Melissa Amos:

changed. I became. I made a difference, or whatever it is. So that was

Melissa Amos:

my card, number one. I love that.

Beth Hewitt:

And the card that I pulled. So, just to add on to

Beth Hewitt:

this conversation piece, because I think it's a really

Beth Hewitt:

timely time that we are in right now in terms of how

Beth Hewitt:

we think about the future of communication and connection

Beth Hewitt:

and energetics and all of that. And the card that I pulled, it came out

Beth Hewitt:

twice because I was shuffling. I pulled it out and it came out, and I

Beth Hewitt:

said how these cards are quite direct. And then I shuffled it again and it

Beth Hewitt:

came out again. I was like, okay, I hear you, I hear you, card.

Beth Hewitt:

I know that's the first rule of card reading, is caution. So

Beth Hewitt:

we've got the caution card. And I think that's what is coming into the consciousness

Beth Hewitt:

of a lot of people right now is this is the unknown. It might

Beth Hewitt:

feel different. It might feel scary to what we're used to. It's

Beth Hewitt:

disrupting the status quo. I'm not sure what side of the

Beth Hewitt:

coin I need to be on or where do I stand, what is

Beth Hewitt:

my position? And maybe I don't have enough information right now to know

Beth Hewitt:

how I feel about what is going on. And we see this, like, we see

Beth Hewitt:

this online, we see a lot of conspiracy theories, and we

Beth Hewitt:

see people pooh poohing ideas, and then we see people who are just

Beth Hewitt:

fully into it. And then somewhere in between, there's this mixture of,

Beth Hewitt:

okay, I can take some of it and I can understand some of this,

Beth Hewitt:

but I'm not fully in that. And I think this card is almost like,

Beth Hewitt:

just recognize where you are in this conversation

Beth Hewitt:

piece right now. How do you feel about what is coming

Beth Hewitt:

up for you and trust your own intuition in terms of

Beth Hewitt:

being able to explore the messages around that and how you feel and want

Beth Hewitt:

to play with that and or just be an observer. It's not

Beth Hewitt:

like we all have this mission to be

Beth Hewitt:

on a crusade to get the message across. It may be that it's just about

Beth Hewitt:

observing, noticing, seeing. And

Beth Hewitt:

so I think the caution, it's less of a danger kind of thing.

Beth Hewitt:

It's more of a just stop and just be aware of

Beth Hewitt:

how you're feeling about this energetic shift that's going

Beth Hewitt:

on right now and how you want to

Beth Hewitt:

be a part of that in the future. What role do you want to have,

Beth Hewitt:

if any role? Do you want to just go with the flow and learn new

Beth Hewitt:

technologies and learn new ways of doing things, or do you want to stand

Beth Hewitt:

for something? Do you want to be the leader who actually says, no, this is

Beth Hewitt:

what people need to know and understand about it.

Beth Hewitt:

So I love the card that came out twice

Beth Hewitt:

and rightly telling me off for not reading it the first time. It's

Melissa Amos:

an important conversation. We started speaking about this, didn't we, when we were

Melissa Amos:

speaking about the aurora and this technology, and

Melissa Amos:

then everyone comes in with our opinions. And I think that when we are

Melissa Amos:

creating something new and we're moving into a new phase,

Melissa Amos:

it's like this isn't, oh, just throw

Melissa Amos:

caution to the wind and go and do it anyway? I think

Melissa Amos:

part of this message is also, what am I bringing into this

Melissa Amos:

new way? Am I stepping in to this

Melissa Amos:

with like a kind of, like a sticky energy? Am

Melissa Amos:

I stepping into this thinking it's not going to work or it's not going to

Melissa Amos:

be? Am I scared? This is what I feel? Am I scared that

Melissa Amos:

as I step in or I share my belief or I share this

Melissa Amos:

new skill or talent or gift or philosophy or

Melissa Amos:

whatever that I have, is it going to be ridiculed

Melissa Amos:

and who's going to have an opinion on it and all of this?

Melissa Amos:

And does that matter? Is that stopping

Melissa Amos:

you? And if it is stopping you noticing that it's stopping you

Melissa Amos:

and then going, okay, what else do I need to know about this so

Melissa Amos:

that I can stand in my truth? Yeah, and even

Melissa Amos:

that. I'm not talking about affirming yourself with cognitive

Melissa Amos:

dissonance. It is looking at the other sides for me. All the

Melissa Amos:

conspiracy theories and all of this I find them very interesting.

Melissa Amos:

And regardless of what my opinions are on

Melissa Amos:

each specific different one, I think that there

Melissa Amos:

can be a. Should I call it a golden aspect and there

Melissa Amos:

can be a shadow aspect to these things. And

Melissa Amos:

just because one is true, it doesn't mean all are true. Yeah. As

Melissa Amos:

well. That's a rabbit hole that I've certainly been

Melissa Amos:

down. And what is it that we

Melissa Amos:

are? Like you said, what is it that we're standing for?

Melissa Amos:

And I think as long as, when we come back to, is this

Melissa Amos:

for good? Is this mine? Is this my thing? Is this

Melissa Amos:

based on my gifts, my talents, my strengths, my challenges, my

Melissa Amos:

transitions, my experiences of the world? Yes. Is

Melissa Amos:

this going to help somebody else? At least one other person?

Melissa Amos:

Is this common, formed with the good intentions and

Melissa Amos:

this need to, or this want, this desire to

Melissa Amos:

make some form of positive impact in the world, even

Melissa Amos:

if it is just tidying your corner of the

Melissa Amos:

garden? Right. Is there some positive impact that's coming from

Melissa Amos:

this? And if those answers are truly yes,

Melissa Amos:

then why would we let anyone else stop us? Yeah.

Beth Hewitt:

What is the problem with that? The thing that I like about conspiracy

Beth Hewitt:

theories is that if you catch yourself,

Beth Hewitt:

you recognize where your focus is and where your point of attraction

Beth Hewitt:

is, because you can actually. It's almost like you can catch yourself, actually. Why

Beth Hewitt:

am I getting so wound up? Or why am I going down this rabbit hole

Beth Hewitt:

when I actually, it doesn't light me up and I know in

Beth Hewitt:

my belly or wherever, my intuition is telling me that this is not where

Beth Hewitt:

I need to be focusing my attention right now. And so just if you

Beth Hewitt:

see conspiracy theories and they get you wound up or whatever, then just

Beth Hewitt:

notice that, okay, there's something in here, there's something triggering.

Beth Hewitt:

But where do you want to be focusing your attention instead?

Melissa Amos:

And what is it triggering? Yeah, what is it triggering?

Beth Hewitt:

What's coming up for you? Why is that particular one doing it? And is

Melissa Amos:

it because there definitely are benefits to understanding

Melissa Amos:

them, I think. Absolutely. Getting involved in them. And

Melissa Amos:

some of them, there'll be truths, and some of them, they'll be half truths, and

Melissa Amos:

some of them, they'll be all truths. And we don't know. And I think that

Melissa Amos:

it is an important conversation as we are awakening

Melissa Amos:

and as we discover that maybe the world isn't how

Melissa Amos:

we thought it was or how we were taught it was.

Melissa Amos:

But then again, it doesn't mean that everything that you read on a comment in

Melissa Amos:

Facebook with that's been

Melissa Amos:

delivered with all the passion in the world, it doesn't mean it's

Melissa Amos:

true. It doesn't mean it's not true, but it doesn't mean it's all true. And

Melissa Amos:

even if it is true, are you looking at this in anger, fear,

Melissa Amos:

shame, guilt? Yeah, whatever. Yeah. Or are you looking

Melissa Amos:

at it in. Okay, that's interesting. I'm going to get

Melissa Amos:

curious about it. How can I bring this awareness

Melissa Amos:

now into what it is that I

Melissa Amos:

do? Is this something that is now fundamentally going

Melissa Amos:

to change how I show up in the world or how I share

Melissa Amos:

or how I act or how I work with energy or whatever

Melissa Amos:

it is? And if the answer is yes, then you make a difference. If the

Melissa Amos:

answer is no, then start watching out, because I've seen

Melissa Amos:

this in many circles. Start watching out of. I have

Melissa Amos:

got this truth. It is sitting in my pockets, and

Melissa Amos:

I'm going to shall you all don't know. And I know,

Melissa Amos:

and that is when there starts to become

Melissa Amos:

a. It can start to

Melissa Amos:

become dangerous. However,

Melissa Amos:

I'm just going to say this. We all have different missions. And some of our

Melissa Amos:

missions, some of us, I don't think me,

Melissa Amos:

but some of us are here maybe to shake people

Melissa Amos:

awake, like, to literally bulldoze down and be like,

Melissa Amos:

baa. And if that's your path, good for

Melissa Amos:

you, and you have a role, and I'm not minimizing that.

Melissa Amos:

And maybe this is how we find that discernment and we find our path and

Melissa Amos:

we find where we are with it and we start to open our minds into

Melissa Amos:

different points of view. Yeah, just watch. Am I coming

Melissa Amos:

at this through anger, shame, guilt, fear? Or am I coming

Melissa Amos:

at this with curiosity, with standing in my power,

Melissa Amos:

with using this information to accelerate this

Melissa Amos:

atlantean card? Is Atlantis a conspiracy theory?

Melissa Amos:

I don't know. And I think, yeah, that's another interesting point,

Beth Hewitt:

isn't it? Because every belief that we hold is our

Beth Hewitt:

belief. And it's good to understand the

Beth Hewitt:

beliefs of many different people and have that level of understanding so that

Beth Hewitt:

we can have intelligent conversations, so that we can understand both

Beth Hewitt:

sides of the fence and we can understand where each other are coming from. It

Beth Hewitt:

doesn't mean that you have to take a stand

Beth Hewitt:

for either one of them or both of them or neither of them. You can

Beth Hewitt:

do whatever you want to do. But it's not just conspiracy

Beth Hewitt:

theories. It's anything. When you're listening to news about wars and different

Beth Hewitt:

sides of arguments and different points of view and different

Beth Hewitt:

perspectives, it's good to understand

Beth Hewitt:

that from different perspectives and different

Beth Hewitt:

lenses, and then come to

Beth Hewitt:

more intelligent, grounded responses and

Beth Hewitt:

thoughts based on what. What is coming up and through for you. Because, like you

Beth Hewitt:

say, like I used to, when everybody used to go on strike at

Beth Hewitt:

work, I do not have a militant burn in my body.

Beth Hewitt:

And I could never understand. I'd be like, why do I need

Beth Hewitt:

to strike? Everything's gonna turn out the way it happens anyway. So they used to

Beth Hewitt:

get really wound up with me when I would cross the picket line, but

Beth Hewitt:

everybody in my body was like, I don't need to strike.

Beth Hewitt:

I don't need to be in a union, because I know that

Beth Hewitt:

whatever happens for me will unfold exactly how it's supposed

Beth Hewitt:

to happen for me. And whilst I support you in your cause. And then I'll

Beth Hewitt:

bring you some cups of tea out while you're standing on the picket line,

Beth Hewitt:

and we can all be friends when we're all back in the office. I

Beth Hewitt:

do not have the same militant

Beth Hewitt:

feeling about striking as you do. And that's just the way I've been.

Beth Hewitt:

And so I think it's important to question, why are we doing

Beth Hewitt:

something? Because there will be people, for example, who go on strike? Because that's the

Beth Hewitt:

thing that you do. That's the thing that you do. And I'm not saying that

Beth Hewitt:

it's a you shouldn't do it. I'm saying absolutely do it if that's what you

Beth Hewitt:

feel called to do. But if you don't, then just question what's

Beth Hewitt:

going on there. Is there a different way to get our messages across and

Beth Hewitt:

have conversations about the things that matter a lot to us? And

Beth Hewitt:

is one particular way the right way?

Melissa Amos:

Right. And if you're choosing to strike for.

Melissa Amos:

If we're using that as an example, then what energy are

Melissa Amos:

we going into it at? Because you can be in these spaces

Melissa Amos:

and they are full of anger and whatever. And

Melissa Amos:

then you bring one person in anger, you bring ten people, 20

Melissa Amos:

people, 100 people, 1000 people, the whole nation, right? It starts to have a

Melissa Amos:

compound effect. And actually, when you're going in,

Melissa Amos:

is the intention for growth and change

Melissa Amos:

was one thing. Everyone get together. Growth and

Melissa Amos:

change. This acceleration card,

Melissa Amos:

this evolution vibration card. And imagine that. Imagine you

Melissa Amos:

all go in, we had teacher strikes last year. My kids are still going to

Melissa Amos:

be mummy, when are the teachers going to strike? End of the day off.

Melissa Amos:

Yeah, we had the teacher strikes here.

Melissa Amos:

We. And they had their reasons for it.

Melissa Amos:

But I wonder how many of them went in with this

Melissa Amos:

anger and with this upset and

Melissa Amos:

with this militant. We need to express

Melissa Amos:

ourselves, which, again, is fine, and it has its place,

Melissa Amos:

and anger is there so that it can

Melissa Amos:

spur us into action and maybe finding compassion making

Melissa Amos:

change, finding courage, it has a reason for that. But when we're coming

Melissa Amos:

in and we're all coming together, what if we came in with the focus of,

Melissa Amos:

yeah, I'm angry that things aren't going my way or that we're

Melissa Amos:

being taken advantage of or whatever, but what if actually we use

Melissa Amos:

this collective group to envisage

Melissa Amos:

not we're gonna show it, we're gonna have it, right?

Melissa Amos:

But with imagine that we're all coming together,

Melissa Amos:

imagining that the conditions are what they are, imagining

Melissa Amos:

that, yes, we're all being paid really well, and the children are having their

Melissa Amos:

learnings and the resources are there, and we come in, and

Melissa Amos:

in 20 years time, when these children are now

Melissa Amos:

our MP's and prime ministers and bankers

Melissa Amos:

and whatever, they're coming in with this real good,

Melissa Amos:

solid, right, imagine that half the nation's

Melissa Amos:

teachers went together and envisaged that what the difference

Melissa Amos:

would be? Yeah, that's where I was coming from when I was making

Beth Hewitt:

my stance. I suppose that was my stance. That was my strike. For

Beth Hewitt:

me. I was a solo striker because I knew, and I think this

Beth Hewitt:

is how a lot of people, not everybody feels. But the reason why

Beth Hewitt:

I didn't want to strike is that I knew that if I wanted to have

Beth Hewitt:

change in my life, that I was the one that needed to take responsibility for

Beth Hewitt:

that. I needed to be the one who created a vision and created

Beth Hewitt:

a life and started taking action steps towards that. And me

Beth Hewitt:

striking would only be resolving

Beth Hewitt:

a tiny moment in time at the beginning of that journey.

Beth Hewitt:

And I wanted to create a vision for lasting

Beth Hewitt:

change. And every bone in my body would not allow me

Beth Hewitt:

to stand and strike for what was happening that moment. Because I didn't believe in

Beth Hewitt:

that. I believed, like you just said, that if we create

Beth Hewitt:

vision and if we have really good, insightful conversation,

Beth Hewitt:

we can. We can create change. Because if we get into a position

Beth Hewitt:

where we're striking, then something fundamental has gone wrong in communication and

Beth Hewitt:

how we are being treated and how we feel and how we have that

Beth Hewitt:

sense of belonging and value and all of that. And so

Beth Hewitt:

something has fundamentally gone wrong before we get to the point of

Beth Hewitt:

striking. But unfortunately, striking is

Beth Hewitt:

not. Unfortunately, it's a right that we have, isn't it? People can

Beth Hewitt:

strike and do whatever they want. And I will always support teachers

Beth Hewitt:

and nurses and doctors and whoever, and council workers, whoever wants

Beth Hewitt:

to strike, because it's important to take a stand.

Melissa Amos:

But there's like, good for you, like when the teachers are good

Melissa Amos:

for you, you stand up for your rights. And yes, you deserve to be paid

Melissa Amos:

well. And yes, you deserve. You shouldn't be having to buy pencils for the kids

Melissa Amos:

that aren't even your own out of your own salary yet. I totally agree with

Melissa Amos:

all of that. The point is, it's like, whatever it is that we're

Melissa Amos:

doing, whatever stand. We want to take the stand. Yes, take the stand.

Melissa Amos:

Don't, you know, don't let people take advantage of you and go for

Melissa Amos:

what you think is right. And if you are feeling that anger, if

Melissa Amos:

it's tumble down into that. Right, go, okay, I'm

Melissa Amos:

really not happy about this. And that's a lot of energy, and you're angry.

Melissa Amos:

Right. So use that energy for the good and change. Yes. Gather

Melissa Amos:

everyone together. Yes. Say, come on, guys, let's go and

Melissa Amos:

strike. But. And use that time. Use that

Melissa Amos:

collective energy to go, okay? This is not an anger pit

Melissa Amos:

that we are feeding into. That is going to feed into the

Melissa Amos:

schools, into the. We've had all the train strikes as well, like into all the

Melissa Amos:

commuters. We don't. All of these things that come in, let's do it so

Melissa Amos:

that we can create good conditions. And that's the thing

Melissa Amos:

that starts with you. And then whether you are on one side of

Melissa Amos:

the fence or the other, either way you're standing for we want

Melissa Amos:

better conditions or like, we want. This is what we're standing

Melissa Amos:

for, for this unity, for feeling good in our work,

Melissa Amos:

for creating positive change, for environmental impact,

Melissa Amos:

for whatever it is. And use that because the power of the

Melissa Amos:

collective mind is huge. But

Melissa Amos:

when it's used in to shame somebody or to

Melissa Amos:

bring anger or to scare somebody or

Melissa Amos:

a bunch of people, then there's. Then nothing

Melissa Amos:

constructive can really come out of it.

Melissa Amos:

And this isn't just two for striking. This is anything. This is

Melissa Amos:

you making a decision. This is you going to your boss or

Melissa Amos:

to your partner or to your. The shopkeeper.

Melissa Amos:

And it's standing in that. Yeah, I can have my boundaries. Yeah. I can know

Melissa Amos:

when there's an injustice. Yeah, I can see that. I don't think that this

Melissa Amos:

is right in the world. And I come back into myself

Melissa Amos:

and I find that compassion, I find that better way, I find that

Melissa Amos:

progress, this atlantean card, this evolution of.

Melissa Amos:

Okay, this isn't right. I accept that. I honor that. I noticed

Melissa Amos:

that. Where do I want it to go?

Melissa Amos:

What's going to be best for me, for us, for all,

Melissa Amos:

and then take the stand. Yeah. That's how we make a

Melissa Amos:

real difference. Yeah. Imagine if we fuel that into. Because if we know

Beth Hewitt:

what we don't what we know essentially what we do want, and when we know

Beth Hewitt:

what we do want, we can create vision and action,

Beth Hewitt:

positive action around that. And it's important

Beth Hewitt:

to do that as a collective. And maybe the status quo

Beth Hewitt:

needs shaking up a little bit of how we do things. This is this

Melissa Amos:

card. We do need to shake things up. But the caution is,

Melissa Amos:

don't get carried away by your

Melissa Amos:

emotional state, especially if it's spiraling down. The

Melissa Amos:

caution for me is progress needs to happen.

Melissa Amos:

Progress will happen. And we are in a really

Melissa Amos:

positive, powerful time in our life.

Melissa Amos:

Whatever you're reading on the news, actually from an

Melissa Amos:

energetic consciousness point of view, we are in a really

Melissa Amos:

positive, powerful, potent time where

Melissa Amos:

we can go, okay, I know that there's an awareness. I know that I can

Melissa Amos:

visualize. We are constantly creating the world as it is.

Melissa Amos:

And let's be honest, the way that we've been creating the world as it is

Melissa Amos:

hasn't been. We know we can see what we've got. We can see

Melissa Amos:

because that's what we've got. So now it's okay, how am I

Melissa Amos:

envisioning? What is it? What is the purpose of all of this? How

Melissa Amos:

do I stand in my life? How do I become? How do I make a

Melissa Amos:

difference in the world? And if enough of us come together, and there are

Melissa Amos:

enough of us now, this podcast, there's people listening all over the world,

Melissa Amos:

and that's just this one. And so if you're listening to this, then you are

Melissa Amos:

one of the change makers, because there's no way that you'd be listening to a

Melissa Amos:

podcast called soul inspired you. If you don't feel like you're

Melissa Amos:

inspired and you're not connected to your soul. Like you wouldn't be

Beth Hewitt:

here. And so you have this potency that all it takes

Melissa Amos:

is for one 2510,

Melissa Amos:

2100 of us to come together and start to see the

Melissa Amos:

positive change that we want to create in the world. And that will actually,

Melissa Amos:

from a vibrationary point of view, negate the anger, fear,

Melissa Amos:

shame that is being felt by maybe people

Melissa Amos:

who don't have such access to that consciousness. And

Melissa Amos:

then we are creating positive change in the world just by being in it.

Beth Hewitt:

I feel another card. Mel, should we pull another card each just

Beth Hewitt:

to round up the message of this, this episode, I

Beth Hewitt:

pulled three, so. I'm going to tell you, because the other two cards are perfect.

Melissa Amos:

I say, yeah, so my two are hilarious. Beautiful green,

Melissa Amos:

emerald green energy. Love that. A

Melissa Amos:

man in the forefront, and he's wearing a green. He's like me. He's got

Melissa Amos:

a green cloth over his shoulder.

Melissa Amos:

And hilarion, if you know his story, and he hid in the

Melissa Amos:

cave and he learned all of this stuff. And then this card

Melissa Amos:

is about coming out and being shown and standing in your power. Like,

Melissa Amos:

you can see the card. He literally has this light beam

Melissa Amos:

coming from out of his head and through his ears, right? And

Melissa Amos:

this triangle or diamond shape that sits around his

Melissa Amos:

head shows the ripple that we can take.

Melissa Amos:

And this is really about knowing your place. And I don't mean I

Melissa Amos:

know your place. Do not come out. This is. Hey, you know what?

Melissa Amos:

I have a privilege. I have a voice. I have. I am the. I

Melissa Amos:

can speak. Maybe other people can't. How do I use that

Melissa Amos:

to make the change? And then the other card is. One of my

Melissa Amos:

faves was Mary Magdalene. And here she

Melissa Amos:

is wearing this beautiful red sari and covering

Melissa Amos:

her head, but it's like blowing in the wind. There's a lot of movement going

Melissa Amos:

on here. And Mary Magdalene, she's

Melissa Amos:

holding, I don't know what it is, a rose petal or

Melissa Amos:

red crystal or something, but it's this kind of right by her heart,

Melissa Amos:

like it's about to be shared out in the world.

Melissa Amos:

And this is what we were talking about, because Marian Magdalen was very

Melissa Amos:

misunderstood, and we're now starting to discover

Melissa Amos:

other information around her. And I feel like

Melissa Amos:

she's really coming back in to her power. And

Melissa Amos:

for me, this is saying to you, you have got a message

Melissa Amos:

to share. She's wearing the same color as me. Look at that. You

Melissa Amos:

have got a message to share. This is part of your

Melissa Amos:

purpose and your understanding.

Melissa Amos:

And she, for me, really

Melissa Amos:

encourages this inner inquiry. So exactly what you were talking about at the beginning of

Melissa Amos:

this. It's okay. What do my bones tell me?

Beth Hewitt:

Yeah. What is it that I want to stand? And I can honor you and

Melissa Amos:

you and honour me and what it is that I stand

Melissa Amos:

for. Yeah, I love that. I love both those cards. Very

Beth Hewitt:

handsome, Hilarion, but

Beth Hewitt:

you can't see that. Listen, now imagine if they had

Beth Hewitt:

children. They were beautiful children.

Beth Hewitt:

Okay, so the cards that I have got are. So we've got mystery.

Beth Hewitt:

And I love how in this mystery card, we've actually got two

Beth Hewitt:

oblongs, but they look like towers that look like towers of strength. And they're standing

Beth Hewitt:

side by side, but they're from slightly different perspectives. If you look at

Beth Hewitt:

them, you're not seeing them front on. And I think this is about that

Beth Hewitt:

conversation piece around. There are always going to be two sides or

Beth Hewitt:

multiple sides of the conversations that we hear. And that we

Beth Hewitt:

want to talk about and that we want to be involved in

Beth Hewitt:

or not involved in. And that it's okay to

Beth Hewitt:

support, like you just said, mel, to support and still be kind, have

Beth Hewitt:

different perspectives, but still support one another and be kind and understand. Try

Beth Hewitt:

to understand if you can, as much as you can, where people are

Beth Hewitt:

coming from in their conversation pieces and if it doesn't fully align

Beth Hewitt:

with, you know, that like you said, everybody's had, everybody's got their own mission,

Beth Hewitt:

everybody's got their thing that they're bringing to the

Beth Hewitt:

party. And the more we can stand together in harmony,

Beth Hewitt:

even though we have difference, the better

Beth Hewitt:

the progression of society generally as we move forward. But it's

Beth Hewitt:

about mystery. This card is about mystery. So it's about, this is new

Beth Hewitt:

to a lot of people what is going on. And it's the mystery. We don't

Beth Hewitt:

necessarily know how the future is going to be, but what

Beth Hewitt:

we can do is have control,

Beth Hewitt:

either tight control or lose control of the life that you want

Beth Hewitt:

to and society you want to live within. And that comes back to

Beth Hewitt:

that vision piece that whilst we might not know all of the details, we

Beth Hewitt:

don't know how everything's going to unfold. We don't know where we're going to be

Beth Hewitt:

in 5000 years time. There's a level of

Beth Hewitt:

support that we can give ourselves just by taking the time

Beth Hewitt:

to think about how do I want to show up and how do I want

Beth Hewitt:

to be in this next iteration of the universe that we're

Beth Hewitt:

finding ourselves in right now. And in that sense, we've got a level of

Beth Hewitt:

control and perspective of how we would like things to

Beth Hewitt:

unfold. And then as things unfold, we can continuously start to check

Beth Hewitt:

in with, are we still in alignment with that?

Beth Hewitt:

Are we still doing the things that we want to do alongside all of

Beth Hewitt:

this new stuff that's coming in and just

Beth Hewitt:

support for one another, regardless of our perspectives on

Beth Hewitt:

that, that mystery, that. Even that word,

Melissa Amos:

it's when looking at that card and you see these oblongs

Melissa Amos:

and they're standing there like really strong in their own

Melissa Amos:

power, in their own, they're like antennas. It's like I'm receiving what

Melissa Amos:

I am, what I can. Now, for me, that idea of

Melissa Amos:

mystery is, okay, I know my building blocks. I know everything

Melissa Amos:

that's made me who I am. And it's very easy to go, okay, so now

Melissa Amos:

this is what's next, because I know what's happened, so I know life. But when

Melissa Amos:

we come, when we flip into mystery and see this other perspective, it's

Melissa Amos:

oh, I wonder what else. Yeah, I wonder

Melissa Amos:

what this could be. I wonder what next. I wonder what's

Melissa Amos:

available. I wonder what's possible. And yes, envisaging

Melissa Amos:

the outcome or the potential that you want, but still being open

Melissa Amos:

to that, I wonder what else. Like this or

Melissa Amos:

better. That's what we always say. Whenever I'm trying to something, I'm like, this

Melissa Amos:

or better. Yeah, this or better. What? More

Beth Hewitt:

magic is coming. I love it. I've just relooked at the card as well. And

Beth Hewitt:

you can see, like, on one side of the towers, you've got. If you

Beth Hewitt:

imagine these were windows, I suppose the windows would be going, looking in different directions.

Beth Hewitt:

It's almost. One tower might not know that the other tower is there because they're

Beth Hewitt:

looking in different directions, but yet they're so close together. Yeah.

Beth Hewitt:

So it's almost. Look around you. What are the different sides of the conversation?

Beth Hewitt:

Yes, how can I better understand myself, but

Beth Hewitt:

also my peers, my allies, my

Beth Hewitt:

enemies? It could be your enemies, the people who we are told that we are

Beth Hewitt:

on the other side of. But actually, how are we the same? The

Beth Hewitt:

towers are the same. They're just in a different direction. We're all human beings having

Beth Hewitt:

spiritual experiences at the end of the day. And then the final

Beth Hewitt:

cut, I forgot two cards. I'll do them at the same time. We've got

Beth Hewitt:

beautiful trust and happiness. We've got goosebumps. So it's

Beth Hewitt:

trusting. What you are feeling, I think, is the first part, like, trust what

Beth Hewitt:

is coming up and through for you as we're having these conversations about

Beth Hewitt:

anything, not just on the podcast, but as you're just in the world listening to

Beth Hewitt:

news, listening to conversation, check in with how you

Beth Hewitt:

feel about something, and then just trust that whatever you're feeling is exactly how

Beth Hewitt:

you're supposed to be feeling in the moment, because we start to poo poo down.

Beth Hewitt:

Oh, I can't share that message because it will

Beth Hewitt:

rock the boat. It will rock the status quo. It will. And then people are

Beth Hewitt:

not going like me anymore. What if you need to be that beaker? What if

Beth Hewitt:

you need to be the one to just share and shine your message so that

Beth Hewitt:

other people can go, oh, my goodness, that was exactly how I felt, but I

Beth Hewitt:

didn't dare say that. And then all of a sudden, you start to create movement

Beth Hewitt:

around and ripples around that. And actually, the trust card has got all of these,

Beth Hewitt:

like, ripples got heart in the center, but then we can see these

Beth Hewitt:

ripples coming out of the change that we're making, just by trusting our

Beth Hewitt:

intuition and going with what we feel is right. And I think whenever we do

Beth Hewitt:

that, hey, it's cute, isn't it?

Beth Hewitt:

It's the baby of hilarion and Mary Magdalene. Whenever we,

Beth Hewitt:

whenever we follow our true, our true north, that we're in alignment with that, like

Beth Hewitt:

we're following our passion and purpose and we're doing what we feel is right in

Beth Hewitt:

our soul, regardless of what naysayers are saying, we will be on that

Beth Hewitt:

path of happiness because we're on the path of least resistance. We're in the flow.

Beth Hewitt:

We're doing our thing. Yay. So there we go. I just want to say this.

Melissa Amos:

It's okay to feel happy, even when there's things going on in the

Melissa Amos:

world that you're not happy with. In fact, I

Melissa Amos:

think if we have the privilege to feel happy, that we

Melissa Amos:

should take full advantage of that, because people that can't,

Melissa Amos:

and you can't be sad enough to make those people happy. So

Melissa Amos:

all we can do is to be in this trust, this. Notice what

Melissa Amos:

information's coming in. Stand in. Stand in your power. Receive your

Melissa Amos:

truth. Notice what comes up. Look at where you want to go.

Melissa Amos:

Be very mindful of what actions you take and when you take it and how

Melissa Amos:

you feel when you're taking it. Nothing wrong with shame, fear,

Melissa Amos:

anger. It's when we act from that

Melissa Amos:

and then try and spurt that out everywhere. So everyone's with you, that maybe

Melissa Amos:

there's something that we can do better. So aim for that. Like, aim for happiness,

Melissa Amos:

aim for joy, like it's there somewhere. You might not be there

Melissa Amos:

yet, and that's fine, but it comes with that

Melissa Amos:

path of trusting, of being open to the mysteries of the

Melissa Amos:

world. I wonder what miracles are going to happen for me today. And

Melissa Amos:

then notice, there we go. Notice the moments

Melissa Amos:

that are bringing even just a little spark of

Melissa Amos:

happiness in your life. And I hope that this podcast

Melissa Amos:

was one of those little spots.
