Speaker:

Hello my friends.

2

:

I am coming to you at 3:20 PM

Central Time on September 30th.

3

:

The doors to rebrand are closing in

literal hours, I wanted to drop this one

4

:

in the 11th hour right before rebrand

closes, because the biggest hesitation

5

:

that I hear people have when it comes

to joining rebrand is not the price.

6

:

It actually revolves around

doing the actual work.

7

:

And I can really relate to this because

anytime that I'm looking at a program.

8

:

I'm at a point where the programs that

I'm looking at are incredible programs.

9

:

Like the value is there and I've

put so much work into rebrand

10

:

and I think you all can see that.

11

:

You see that in my marketing.

12

:

You see it in my messaging.

13

:

You see it in my student success stories.

14

:

You know that the value

for rebrand is there.

15

:

It's my highest priority in my

business that my students receive way

16

:

more value than what they pay for.

17

:

So the value's there, but the hesitation

comes from some combination of but

18

:

am I actually going to do the work?

19

:

Am I going to take the time?

20

:

Am I going to prioritize this?

21

:

Am I going to be consistent?

22

:

And.

23

:

I get it because I have been the

person who struggles with consistency.

24

:

I have joined programs and then

forgotten to check in for a while.

25

:

So there are a couple things

that I wanna talk about in this

26

:

little quickie episode today.

27

:

We'll see how quick it is.

28

:

You know how I am, but I

wanna talk about two things.

29

:

One, I wanna talk about the things

that I have in place inside of rebrand

30

:

to make sure that no student falls

through the cracks, because I do think.

31

:

That some of that responsibility is

on the coach, it's on the educator.

32

:

If our goal is to scale our

businesses, and that's my goal with

33

:

rebrand, like I want to serve as

many photographers as possible.

34

:

That's not always the goal.

35

:

Inside programs, like there are programs

where people cap them and that's totally

36

:

fine, but that's not my goal with rebrand.

37

:

My goal with rebrand is volume and.

38

:

I only feel good about doing that

if the experience does not change

39

:

whether there are five people

or 500 people in the program.

40

:

And in order to make that happen, I

have had to make a lot of changes and

41

:

updates and things to the program to make

sure that I'm in integrity with that.

42

:

So I wanna talk about those things

'cause some of that's on me.

43

:

But I also wanna talk about

the mindset work behind this.

44

:

Fear because that's part of it too.

45

:

So let's start with the things that I

have inside of rebrand to make it so

46

:

you do not fall through the cracks.

47

:

The first thing is we have weekly calls.

48

:

Now, I've said on episodes before,

I've said in my emails, I'll say it

49

:

a thousand times, you do not have

to come to the weekly calls to see

50

:

results inside of rebrand, however.

51

:

If you are a person who struggles

with consistency, if you struggle

52

:

with accountability, if you struggle

with doing the damn thing, you should

53

:

be at the calls at least a couple

times a month, at least once a month.

54

:

Like whatever works for your schedule.

55

:

If you know yourself and you know that

this is something that is hard for you

56

:

and that you struggle with, and that

you desire that extra accountability,

57

:

then give your future self a break.

58

:

And make it a priority to get

to the calls as much as you can.

59

:

There's always going to

be stuff that comes up.

60

:

It is unrealistic to think that you

can come to, what's that 52 calls in

61

:

a year like that is not realistic.

62

:

But can you make it to

three of them a month?

63

:

Can you make it to one of them a month?

64

:

Make something a priority If you know

that accountability is difficult for you.

65

:

I make this really easy.

66

:

As soon as you join rebrand, you

get access to Circle, which is the

67

:

platform where everything is hosted.

68

:

You go to the events tab, you RSVP.

69

:

Once you are RSVP'd, you

are going to get emails.

70

:

Every time we go live for a call, it's

10 minutes before or something like that.

71

:

So you don't have to create time on

your calendar or do that yourself.

72

:

I've been in programs before where

it's a little bit of a DIY element

73

:

of here's what time the call is.

74

:

Put it on your calendar.

75

:

Take care of it.

76

:

Listen, I get that like from an

accountability perspective, you're

77

:

asking your people to rise up and

be responsible for themselves.

78

:

But to be totally realistic, I have

missed so many calls because of that.

79

:

And so I wanna make it as easy

as possible for my people.

80

:

So you literally click RSVP.

81

:

Yes.

82

:

And the rest of it is taken care of.

83

:

Weekly calls, you're going to want

to be present for those if you

84

:

struggle with accountability and

I make it as easy as possible.

85

:

Other thing is the 24 7 community.

86

:

As soon as you join again, you're

getting that circle access, you can

87

:

start asking questions immediately.

88

:

This is one of the most active

communities that I have ever witnessed,

89

:

and I do a lot of group programs.

90

:

Our people are so active.

91

:

They want you to succeed.

92

:

They want to help.

93

:

We have brand photographers who

have certain specialties, like

94

:

I'm thinking of my client, Laura,

who is you could give for that.

95

:

You could give Laura

a room with literally.

96

:

No ambient light and she could light

it and she could make it look like

97

:

there's a giant window, like she's so

skilled when it comes to lighting and

98

:

she will answer your lighting questions.

99

:

I think of Roxanne who has just like

she has experienced so much life in

100

:

her years, and if you have a mindset

struggle or something that you're just

101

:

like you're really struggling with,

Roxanne is gonna be the first person

102

:

in the comments to cheer you on.

103

:

I think of Katie who.

104

:

Is so willing to give back to other

brand photographers and to help them.

105

:

And she's one of our more

established brand photographers.

106

:

She's charging at a really premium

price point and she is the first

107

:

person to help out the next person.

108

:

There are and there.

109

:

And that's three people.

110

:

There are so many people

in this community.

111

:

Who are present on a daily and

weekly basis who wanna help you out.

112

:

My, and that's not even including me.

113

:

Like I'm in there every day.

114

:

You can get help every single day.

115

:

I don't just, it's not lip service

that I am there to support you.

116

:

That is my literal job,

and I take it so seriously.

117

:

You have.

118

:

One-on-one level access to

me in this group program, and

119

:

again, I am not the only one.

120

:

So the online community is top.

121

:

If you are hyper fixating on

something at 3:00 AM and you wanna

122

:

come into the community and ask a

question, do it on your time, right?

123

:

Do it when you need the help, and

then people are going to answer as

124

:

soon as they're online the next time.

125

:

So I'm not saying that there

will be people online at

126

:

3:00 AM there may or may not.

127

:

But you can ask questions when it

works for you, and then I'll get

128

:

back to you as soon as I see it,

or as soon as my work hours start.

129

:

In that same vein, we

offer a review system.

130

:

So let's say that you're in a busy

season where you're not as, you're

131

:

not able to attend as many events.

132

:

You can use our review system

to get support as you need it.

133

:

So again, you're hyper

fixating on something.

134

:

At 4:00 AM you submit a review and then I

will get back to you so you don't have to

135

:

wait for the next call to get coaching.

136

:

You don't have to wait until I'm online.

137

:

You can literally do it.

138

:

When it's when it works for you, and then

I will get back to you within 48 hours.

139

:

I don't limit the reviews, both in

like how many you can submit and

140

:

also in what you're asking for.

141

:

So we specifically have reviews

for things like your website,

142

:

your messaging, your marketing.

143

:

But I've done reviews for pricing.

144

:

I've done reviews for proposals,

I've done reviews for, I wanna

145

:

create this subscription service.

146

:

What do you think about that?

147

:

So I can review anything in your business

through that review submission, and

148

:

you'll hear back from me within two days.

149

:

We also have automated check-ins.

150

:

I think that this is a big one because

when you are, like, speaking from

151

:

my experience, when you're managing

a group of like 50 to a hundred

152

:

people that's a lot of people.

153

:

And the only way that you can do

that if you have, is if you have

154

:

really good systems in place.

155

:

And as somebody who teaches systems as

part of this program, like you better

156

:

hope that I am practicing what I preach.

157

:

And I promise you I am, I have invested

a lot of time and energy in making

158

:

sure that I can scale this program

in a way that I feel really good

159

:

about, and I have truly done that.

160

:

I will name drop the programs.

161

:

I've done a program called Systems

Over Stress, and I have done a program

162

:

called Rave Results, and both of them

helped me set up both my curriculum

163

:

and my systems to be able to serve

a high volume of people, if that

164

:

is the goal, which for me it is.

165

:

Sometimes life gets busy, and it's

been a while since you've been

166

:

on a call or submitted a review.

167

:

I have an automated check-in system to

make sure, no matter how big the group is,

168

:

nobody's gonna slip through the cracks.

169

:

You're gonna get an email that

says, Hey, it's been a while since

170

:

you, we've seen you on a call.

171

:

Hey, it's been a while since

you've submitted a review form.

172

:

How's everything going?

173

:

Do you have everything you need?

174

:

Are you spiraling because

you're stuck on something?

175

:

How can I help you?

176

:

So you're going to get those messages.

177

:

In your inbox to make sure that

you can get the help that you need.

178

:

We also have private podcasts

and in general a very accessible

179

:

curriculum, so I understand that

everybody learns differently.

180

:

If you like to learn by watching,

we have training videos.

181

:

If you like to learn by

listening, this is me.

182

:

I would much rather listen to a podcast

than sit down and watch a training.

183

:

Because I like to be able to

multitask and do it on the go.

184

:

So we have private podcasts

for people like me.

185

:

We also have a workbook, so if you like

to watch, if you like to listen, if

186

:

you like to read, it does not matter.

187

:

We have a way for you to

access the curriculum.

188

:

Whatever way works best for you.

189

:

So there are so many things inside

of rebrand that literally exist

190

:

because I have been in your shoes,

because I have wished for things

191

:

in programs or because I've taken

programs and I'm like, this is dope.

192

:

I want to be able to serve

my people in this way.

193

:

This feels like such a high

touch, one-on-one experience.

194

:

I want this for my people.

195

:

So much of that exists.

196

:

The flip side of this, however.

197

:

Her is that you still have to do.

198

:

The work, and I want to be very clear

about that because I never want to get

199

:

into a desperate energy to bring more

people into rebrand, which can be tricky

200

:

because I think this program is insane.

201

:

I think that this

program is so incredible.

202

:

It's exactly what I wanted

as a brand photographer.

203

:

We've brought in like new co-coach

that are gonna help with your

204

:

messaging and your systems and

they're gonna offer unlimited reviews.

205

:

Like it is an insane value for

what you are paying and the amount

206

:

of access that you are getting.

207

:

I love this program so much, and also I'm

never going to convince you to join it.

208

:

That's not my job.

209

:

And I think it is really

dangerous as a coach.

210

:

It was my business coach

who told me this years ago.

211

:

It's really dangerous for me to

want this more than you want this.

212

:

You have to want this more than me.

213

:

And so I have to lean back and make sure

that you understand coming into this

214

:

program, coming into any program, you

have to be the one that wants this because

215

:

you are the one that has to do the work.

216

:

So yes, we have automated check-ins and

we have a ton of asynchronous ways for

217

:

you to get support, and all of those

things exist for you to come in and have.

218

:

Monumental success, but none

of it is going to matter if you

219

:

are not willing to do the work.

220

:

And I see a lot of people who are

considering a program, whether it's

221

:

rebrand or something different, and

they're nervous about not getting results.

222

:

And to me what that translates to

respectfully, because again, I've

223

:

been there, is I don't know if I trust

myself enough to get the result and.

224

:

If this is something that's coming

up in your business, I would argue

225

:

it's probably something that's coming

up in other areas of your life too.

226

:

And I am speaking from personal

experience, like perhaps you have been

227

:

like me and you have joined workout

programs in the past thinking you're

228

:

finally gonna get your life together

and be healthier or lose the weight

229

:

or whatever, and then you don't do it.

230

:

Maybe you have organized your pantry

and you have thought, this is it.

231

:

This is the organization that's gonna

change my life and within three weeks

232

:

everything is like going to shit again.

233

:

I understand what you're dealing with

because I have dealt with that too.

234

:

And honestly, what it took for me was

to finally get sick of my own shit.

235

:

And I had a coach who lovingly

called me out and probably said

236

:

something very similar to what I'm

telling you right now, which was,

237

:

I cannot want this more than you.

238

:

I can't.

239

:

And there comes a point where

you have to have a really honest

240

:

conversation with yourself and say,

what is the price that I am paying?

241

:

By choosing not to address these

issues by choosing to stay in chaos.

242

:

By choosing to sign up for

things and then not do them.

243

:

That's a choice.

244

:

I know that it might not feel like it.

245

:

I know that it feels very passive,

but I promise you it's not.

246

:

And so the more that you can get into

that active state where you're making

247

:

those active decisions and you're

saying, this is going to be different.

248

:

I am going to do something

different and not just say it

249

:

but put things in practice.

250

:

Put the calls on your calendar and

tell yourself this is a non-negotiable.

251

:

Put five minutes on your calendar

every Monday and say, i'm

252

:

gonna submit a rebrand review.

253

:

Keep a note in your notes app with

questions that you think of at

254

:

random times so you can make sure

to get coaching on the next call.

255

:

Decide that you're going to make a post

inside the Circle app every single week

256

:

you're gonna make a post and you're

gonna reply to post because things

257

:

are going to be different this time.

258

:

But you have to decide that.

259

:

You cannot keep playing the victim and

pretend like this is happening to you.

260

:

These are decisions that you are making

and you can make a different decision.

261

:

I'm not saying that it's

going to be comfortable.

262

:

I'm not saying it's going to be fun.

263

:

It probably won't be, especially at first.

264

:

But it's what has to happen for

you to get a different result.

265

:

So if you're ready to do things

differently because you want

266

:

a different result, I would

love to be your coach for that.

267

:

I would love to walk with you through

this because I have done it for myself.

268

:

I have done it for clients, done

it with clients, and I would love

269

:

to have you be the next person.

270

:

But if you want me to

wave a magic wand and.

271

:

Have you get all of the best results

with none of the work and none of the

272

:

self-accountability, then you're probably

not ready for rebrand and that's.

273

:

Just the way that it has to be.

274

:

I wish that it didn't.

275

:

I wish I could wave a magic wand.

276

:

I wish that I could get you all

of this through osmosis, but

277

:

that is just not how this works.

278

:

You have to want it, and you have to

want it bad enough that you're willing

279

:

to be a little uncomfortable, that

you're willing to do things differently.

280

:

If that's you, I think rebrand

might be a really great fit.

281

:

Doors closed tonight at midnight.

282

:

I would love to see you inside.

283

:

My dms, my inbox, all of it is open as you

decide what's the next best step for you.

284

:

I hope to see you inside.
