In this episode, I’m opening up about one of the biggest challenges I face as an entrepreneur: managing employees. Over the last 8-9 years of running my business, I've struggled with hiring the right people, managing them effectively, and, perhaps most difficult of all, letting them go when it’s necessary. It’s a journey that has pushed me to confront a part of myself I’m still working on.

I'll dive into how fear plays a significant role in these situations—how it often shows me where to focus but shouldn’t be the driver of my decisions. I’ll share the lessons I’ve learned, the mindset shifts I’ve made, and why I still believe this is an area of weakness for me. But like all things in business, I continue to evolve and find ways to handle these challenges while staying true to my vision.
