Speaker:to be discussing our premiere of Get Seen in the Kitchen. And
Speaker:so welcome, Chef. Hello, everyone. How
Speaker:are you doing? I'm great. How are you?
Speaker:You're like, I am tired. I'm ready for bed all day, every day.
Speaker:Right? How many meals have you prepared this
Speaker:week? Too many. I know. I see you
Speaker:all over the Internet, cooking for catering large
Speaker:events and all your food. Oh, my goodness. I could just jump through the screen.
Speaker:It's so mouth watering. I'm like, OOH, I'm going to have.
Speaker:To pay you a visit soon. I would love
Speaker:to, definitely. And you know me. I could wind up on your doorstep as
Speaker:much as. Around. I'd
Speaker:be popping up on people. So tell
Speaker:everybody a little bit about yourself and your journey into just who you
Speaker:became today, who you are today. Hello, everyone. So I am Chef
Speaker:Felicia. I am located in Connecticut. I have been
Speaker:cooking professionally for three years.
Speaker:I've been doing it for a lifetime as my passion. My
Speaker:family still have cooks. My dad was a chef. I decided to
Speaker:attend culinary school five years ago in his honor
Speaker:because he passed away, like, shortly after I decided to join. It's
Speaker:been one of the best decisions ever. I love being in the
Speaker:kitchen. I'm a completely different person being in the kitchen than when I'm
Speaker:not in the kitchen. It's my happy just I love
Speaker:it. I love it so much. Yes. Felicia and I
Speaker:met in a group. We did this program
Speaker:together, and we became accountability partners. And then I
Speaker:invited her to join the Get Seen membership because I just thought
Speaker:that more people needed to see her and know her, and she
Speaker:wanted to start a cooking show. And so here we
Speaker:are now where she is just all over the Internet, getting
Speaker:seen and literally getting ready to start
Speaker:that cooking show. And her first premiere is
Speaker:with the Holiday Entrepreneur Summit.
Speaker:I'm excited. Actually. It's not
Speaker:necessarily your first premiere because we did one Get Seen in the first official.
Speaker:First official, right? Yeah. First. Really? Like, I
Speaker:would say, it's very much going to be what's the
Speaker:word? Very
Speaker:cohesive and well put together and all the things we
Speaker:understand, the equipment and all of the things we've hammered out.
Speaker:It's not as rough around the edges as our first go around. Right. Trial and
Speaker:error. No more trial and error. Yeah, no more trial and error. Well, I love
Speaker:the fact that you just trusted me and jumped in. So it's like, best decision
Speaker:ever. Thank you. I'm so happy for
Speaker:you. I can't tell you enough how much I
Speaker:love seeing you just come out on the scene the way you have been,
Speaker:and it's really cool. It's really cool. So share

Speaker:but what little sneak peek can you give us without giving the whole
Speaker:shebang of what you guys have planned? So I won't tell
Speaker:you the menu or the entire menu. I will say we're having a
Speaker:four course meal with wine and mocktail and cocktail
Speaker:pairings. It'll be myself, another amazing chef, as
Speaker:well as a mixologist and a wine specialist. So you guys are in
Speaker:for a treat. You guys will know how to prepare your next holiday
Speaker:meal, or you can follow along with us to create your own
Speaker:whenever you're ready. It's exciting.
Speaker:That's a big deal. Did you say five course or four course?
Speaker:Four course. Okay. I was like, five course. Oh, my goodness. I need those special
Speaker:forks just because we're low on
Speaker:time we're going to do for this go around.
Speaker:Yes. Okay. So one of the things that
Speaker:I've been working with the chefs on is
Speaker:for the show quality, for my end of what I
Speaker:teach and get seen, for people who are chefs and mixologists and all that
Speaker:is what it means to cook and teach
Speaker:people how to cook on camera and then how that relates
Speaker:to them and their time and then also get seen in the kitchen was
Speaker:birthed because we wanted to make it where business women can feel
Speaker:like homemakers again instead of being wrapped up in the stuff.
Speaker:Like, how can we merge both the worlds? So
Speaker:we show you exactly what you can do,
Speaker:and it's in a 30 minutes meal plan. Now, this one's obviously going to be
Speaker:a little bit longer because it's a holiday meal we're preparing, so it's probably
Speaker:going to be actually a lot longer, but still, it's going to be one of
Speaker:those shorter versions for holiday. So. Yeah, I love
Speaker:that we're creating something that everyone can do, but it's
Speaker:also really high end at the same time. Yeah,
Speaker:really fancy, fancy, fancy stuff. Well, what would you
Speaker:like to share about why should people come to get seen in the kitchen and
Speaker:the holiday entrepreneur summit? As far as the holiday entrepreneur
Speaker:summit, you learn from a lot of
Speaker:talented women in the industry just doing what we love
Speaker:to do best or they love to do best. As far as guest seen in
Speaker:the kitchen, it's a great opportunity to just do something new in your
Speaker:family, learn how to cook, learn how to create meals
Speaker:in a certain period of time. Save yourself some time. It's
Speaker:healthier to eat at home. Just if
