Point Pleasant, West Virginia is known for a humanoid creature with large wings, called the Mothman. The Mothman first appeared in the late 60s about the same time as the Silver Bridge disaster. Reports of UFO sightings were in the daily newspapers during this time, and people reported mysterious Men in Black roaming around the area and acting very strange.
