Healthwatch Norfolk play a key role in gathering feedback on local health and care services which lead to real change and volunteers are a crucial part of this work. We hear from volunteer Andrew, a former GP about what led him to get involved in more ways than one and how even volunteering on a rainy day can be a positive experience.
