About Bridget:
Bridget Potterton has over 19 years experience in residential real estate serving the San Diego area, and is one of a select group of REALTORS who has been designated a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE). She holds a Masters Degree in Business Entrepreneurship and is also a Real Estate Divorce Specialist (REDS). She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association where she is recognized by the family law community by serving low-to-high conflict divorces with real property. Her education, experience, and sales volume in the unique San Diego community reinforces her expertise in divorce real estate transitions.
She was nominated in Real Trends Magazine in the top 1000 agents in the United States. She also holds other designations including, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Broker Associate. She is party of the Luxury division as well as Sports & Entertainment division in Keller Williams. She is on the Agent Leadership Counsel for Keller Williams Metro and has served as the Culture Chair for over 10 years. She currently sits on 2 Advisory Boards for the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center. She is an ambassador for Blissful Seeds a non-profit to help employ those with autism. She is currently raising money to create backpacks for foster youth with Just in Time for Foster Youth, which focuses on helping foster kids transitioning into adulthood get jobs, learn finances, and get housing.
She also frequently goes on Mission Trips to poor border towns in Mexico to help with local orphanages, building houses, building businesses, training entrepreneurs, visiting blind centers and shut in families with multiple organizations.
