I’ve been feeling fat lately, and the truth is it has gotten me feeling a bit down. Whenever I’m in a funk, I take that funky mood and whatever is bothering me to my spiritual writing practice to seek guidance. So I took this issue of feeling fat to my spirit guides. I got an interesting answer and some wonderful guidance on what to do. Regardless of how you feel about your body, there is a message in here for you too.
