Ashley Click is an instructional designer who started out as an art instructor working in international schools in Southeast Asia, Gulf Arabia, and Central Europe. She became fascinated with educational technology and took a master's in the subject, eventually pivoting to a career in instructional design. She loves being an instructional designer and the opportunity it provides to continually learn new things, utilize the science of learning and motivation, and still keep her foot in the world of visual design. Her "why" of instructional design is to create learning solutions that empower others to be their best and walk away from the training with relevant, applicable skills.
