May is Mental Health awareness month in the USA and after the positive feedback from our first episode on the topic I wanted to revisit it.  This time along with having Kinga Hine come back I invited Cam Watson and Mike Cardenas.  As many of you know from the first episode Kinga is a Mental Health professional in New York state.  Mike Cardenas wrote an awesome article for Detailed Image on general and mental health in our industry and had done some great research and Cam Watson has really dived into the theory of a healthy gut leads to a healthy mind.  I believe between the three of my guests that there is some fantastic information that if anyone is struggling mentally you might find some starting points to help you out.
