There are always two things that can be true.  We can be an overwhelmed, burnt-out mess; or we can be on the verge of something magnificent.  We can feel guilt we’re not spending enough time with our kids; or we can feel pride that we’re being the example of forging our own path.  We can play the victim; or we can play the victor.

Everyday, in everything that we do, we have a choice.  And the choices we make, affect the energy we give off, which ultimately impacts the abundance we feel in our life and business.

This week I am bringing back a familiar face to the show, Melissa Judd, to dive into this, so we can discover how to better manage ourselves, to positively influence the bottom line of our business, without burning ourselves out in the process.

Mel is the founder of Integra Healing Co.  She is a qualified Life Coach, Cognitive Behavioural Coach (CBT), Solution-based Counsellor and Trauma Practitioner who works one-on-one with clients to identify and eliminate behaviours and attitudes that are holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves.

As someone with a history of depression, anxiety and disordered eating, Mel is passionate about helping people, particularly teenage girls, overcome their inner struggles, leading them to live their most fulfilled and content lives.

She knows firsthand that life isn’t perfect and that even when you know all the theory, you still have bad days, you still make poor choices, and you still stuff up.  That is what makes us human.
