'The first 35 years of his life was a struggle with obesity, self image and depression. 3 years ago now I lost 75lbs for the third time in my life, but I have managed to keep it off.' When you first lose weight, you get a lot of attention and comments, but when the weight goes back on, nobody says anything. You are so far from where you were that it is really easy to get discouraged.'
