Episode 134 dug into common generators of fear that teams experience during an agile transition.  Sticking with our scary/spooky theme for October, we decided to turn the tables around and examine how we, as agile leaders, generate fear. 

As the face of change for your organization, you need to be aware of how your actions will be perceived by those that do not welcome the new processes.  Every good coach works to minimize this fear, but some level of fear is inevitable.  Learn how you can calm the nerves of your team and accelerate your team's success.
