Communication Rules for Team Members.
• Lauren shares a story of getting trapped in an incredibly uncomfortable Salon conversation.
• Establish Rules and Policies around appropriate Topics of Conversation in the workplace (08:00).
• Rules around getting involved in other people's conversations. Your main objective and/or your Team Member's main objective is to focus 100% on the Client that is on the bed in front of you (10:00).
