Shownotes

This week we speak to former pro (Top 100 singles, Top 20 doubles) and academy owner Alexander Waske.  Alexander runs the Alexander Waske Tennis University in Frankfurt Germany. He has worked with pros such as Kerber, Melzer, Haas, Berankis and currently works with Bemelmans, De Loore, Gunneswaren and former world number 1 junior and junior slam winner Jonas Forejtek who is also famously known for his video as a 12 year hitting with the wooden spoon!

Alexander tells us about:

  • His academy and academy life
  • Players he works with
  • What he looks for in players
  • Jonas Forejtek and the pointer
  • What’s needed to break into the top 100
  • Advice for players, parents and coaches.

It was great to have him on the show and promise you will love this episode.

We mention the Tennis Pointer on the show and here is the link to it
