Happy Solstice!

If you've been with us a while, you'll know that 2023 hasn't exactly been the smoothest of years. We've been up and down like Yo-Yo's and the last several months have been particularly..."crunchy". Which is really just our way of saying "uncomfortable" on a heightened level. We've been super aware of the uncomfortable and have felt like we're in a bit of a holding pattern.

In this episode we may have started understanding the why.
