Shownotes
Starting again isn't the same as giving up.
It's a tough one to navigate.
Despite knowing that leaving teaching was the best thing for me, I couldn't help but feel like I had failed.
But reframing that has been invaluable in my business as I explain in this episode.
Soundbites:
"Many of us in the education business space are ex-teachers. I know not all of us are, but a lot of us are. And we all know how gruelling it was just navigating the decision to leave the classroom - or maybe that's something you're grappling with now."
"And we're often plagued by similar feelings when we consider scrapping something we started in our business."
"It could be that you've been persevering with a particular social media platform because you were under the impression it would be great for business, but it isn't working. Give yourself permission to start over - maybe you'll change your strategy, or drop it completely."
Enjoy :-)
