www.mogressive.com | Spartan warriors who lost their shields during battle received the death penalty w/no honor or came back on them- with honor. Samurai warriors considered personal honor to be more important than survival. The  Sioux warrior teased and risked death for personal honor and were rewarded with eagle feathers and a promotion, developing a leader. Especially during little bighorn. The Sioux warriors called it,  “counting coup” counting coup translates to mean, impressive battlefield acts.

Now my 2nd and final question, What's going to be your impressive moves in life. Not for others to admire but for YOU! And everything you stand for. Its not about breaking or beating the system, its about the impressive moves you make within the system.

The Spartan Warrior Ethos says, Discipline and loyalty were considered impressive moves, key aspects of retaining one’s personal honor

The Samurai’s unwritten warrior ethos, known as the code of Bushidō, which stand for “way of the warrior” that was their impressive move.

The Spartans had a saying, “do not ask how many are the enemy but where are they.” Just like your life goals. After writing down a goal, don’t tell yourself “how many problems, how many obstacles, or how many hardships” Find the enemy, find the solutions, find the alternate routes, find or create a plan of attack for your life, that will make the most influential impact under one umbrella.

Start trusting yourself, start trusting your decisions, and your gut-intuitions.

Trust the process, don’t stop or second guess half way through. Fully commit and only reflect after crossing the finish line. Regardless of how it turned out.

Now you have something to reference to when creating new future plans. What will work, what wont work, what adjustments you’ll need to make, and so forth.

How will you reward yourself for your sacrifices. For hitting new milestones, a checkpoint in life as we call it here at mogressive. Whenever we set goals, attach a why, and attach a future reward for accomplishing those goals.

You're conditioning your mind or reshaping your mindset to focus on the honor, the reward for reaching your personal goals and success. Rather than to focus on how long it’ll take to  reach those goals, or focusing on finding problems rather than solutions. Negativity creates stress, and stress weighs tons, solutions, solutions weigh ounces.
