It was three days after the worst terrorist attack in our nation's history.

President George W. Bush traveled to New York City to visit Ground Zero.

The President climbed onto a crushed fire truck to speak to a huge group of first responders through a bullhorn.

Only they couldn't hear him.

As we mourn the loss of thousands of our citizen.

And the people.
