In this episode, I interview Regina Fike, parent extraordinaire. Regina and her husband Rick are parents to eight children, grandparents to 15 and have foster parented medically fragile children for 16 years. To say she is committed to the welfare of children doesn't do her justice. She has even parlayed her experience into a career as an excellent, impassioned speaker and Parent Educator. She shares many life experiences, including the suicide of her son. Her pain is evident but through it all, she culls lessons from the tragedies of her life. This is a woman who exemplifies commitment to children who have untold challenges in the most fragile time of their lives.
