After a summer break in July, Tea & Contemplation is back!

Our August theme is Burnout. Burnout is nearly a social universal now. We all get what it means on a visceral level. However... Rather than glorifying it like we praise "busy" as a badge of honor, what if we did something about it? What can we actually do to acknowledge, speak our truth, and be kind to ourselves right now? Can we be self-compassionate together? Where in our life, no matter how small of an area, can we choose to step away for our own mental and physical well-being?

This week's session :

"Acknowledging to Self." Often the hardest step of the exploration of burnout is calling it by name, recognizing when the signs are seeping in. Perhaps because calling it by name makes it more real.
