W/C 21st March 2022

London felt like it was almost back to normal. Of course the weather helped, people ad poured into the parks & squares and were enjoying impromptu al fresco and the chance to have a good natter.

There are of course plenty of pandemic scars; one way directional instructions, an abundance of hand sanitiser dispensers (literally everywhere) and protective screens a plenty. But there was something else, and to quote Darth Vader it was something I hadn't felt in a long time.

Of course the case rate of Covid is still climbing steeply, and we could be back adopting measures to protect ourselves at any moment. But in the spring sunshine there was a sense of optimism and that too was infectious.

Therapy For Me (or TFM as I now refer to it) is a bit of an audio curiosity. It started out as a mechanism for me to clear my head, with the hope that by saying stuff out loud it would act as a little bit of self-help.
