Shownotes

Everyone joins an organisation for his/her own unique reason.

Everybody is unique after all.

Understanding why people work for you is the manager's role.

Aligning those motivations with the company's goals and vision is also the manager's role.

Once you can do that well, growth and high performance will be nearly automatic.

So how do we get to that level?

Simple.

Talk with your people.

Care about them.

Think about the work from their point of view.

Don't just throw it onto them.

We all appreciate having some control in our job.

Have you talked with your team?

With your superior?

With your colleagues?

You'll be surprised what drives them.
