We have spent the last two weeks discussing leadership, what it means to us, what values we base our leadership on, and the ideas of what we thought leadership was. This episode is a conversation with Chelsea who is an incredible leader! Chelsea gives us specific examples and tools to help navigate through challenges and roadblocks that we often come up against when we’re learning how to use our voice and lead others in a public setting. She has a lot of experience with this topic, as she is currently working in marketing in a very fast paced, results oriented environment.

This episode is part three in a three part series in which we discuss the role of leadership in our lives, the roles of leadership that we embody, and what hope we have for our leaders of the future.

Chelsea talks about the specific values she leans on and she references commitment, accountability, and vision.

She leaves her conversation with a call to find your purpose, as she discusses with us her own purpose she’s discovered!

We hope you enjoy this conversation and we would love for you to share this with friends and family and help us grow our community. Thank you so much for listening!
