Leaders set boundaries for themselves first. They know who they are, what they are worth, and know what they have to offer.

If you are here, you are a leader. You, to know how to set boundaries, sometimes you need to step back and remind yourself what you want for yourself and how best you can serve.

Serving is what we are all driven to do, but you need to take care of yourself first. If you don't, you will burn yourself out, and you will have nothing left to give.

Know what you can give, what you are willing to give, and still feel good about yourself and how you have served.

Be true to yourself, and you will serve the world at the highest level.
