Episode Summary

On this episode, I sit down with Nthati Machesa and we unpack lessons and experiences from corporate, entrepreneurship and relationships.

Nthati Machesa is a graduate in Bcom Hons in Informatics. She has been in corporate for 5 years and she got inspiration to start Neotsentle through rebellion for corporate. At first Neotsentle was to cater for office wear made in African material as she felt there wasn't enough representation for that market in business. The business has since changed to have more purpose. Now Nthati dedicates her time to knowing the Basotho culture and telling their stories through clothes. The underground series looks at the different basotho clans and strives to give an understanding of where we come from and why clan praises were important.
