Hello and welcome to Monday Motivation.

Speaker A:

I've actually gone live today because I thought it's, it's actually a good habit to keep doing.

Speaker A:

And today I've really been considering freedom over the weekend.

Speaker A:

And if you're awake and aware, you know how important freedom is to everyone, it's something that, you know, at the highest level we can all kind of agree on.

Speaker A:

But what is interesting is our own definition of freedom and what freedom means to each of us individually and how we stand up for our freedom or not.

Speaker A:

Because as I say, our freedom means something different.

Speaker A:

So we might just want financial freedom, we might just want freedom to be with our family and to live our lives in a small way and that's fine.

Speaker A:

Our freedom, yeah, our freedom is up to us.

Speaker A:

It's our responsibility.

Speaker A:

There's no one who can choose your freedom for you.

Speaker A:

And I mean that obviously in general, obviously there are people who are unfairly imprisoned, whose freedom has been taken from them.

Speaker A:

I'm talking about the general population and you know, there's freedom of speech, there's financial freedom, and deeper, there's the kind of personal freedom.

Speaker A:

And I'm talking about freedom from our own self imposed limitations because I recognized a bit of a wake up call on the areas that I'm keeping myself limited.

Speaker A:

You know, I'm pushing for freedom and, and yet actually the limitations are my own.

Speaker A:

We often think that our biggest obstacle is the outside world.

Speaker A:

Lack of resources, you know, financially strapped, tough competition, challenging circumstances.

Speaker A:

But the truth is our most biggest block, if you like, our most formidable barriers are often those, the ones we create in our own minds.

Speaker A:

And I've been looking at that over the weekend.

Speaker A:

And if you think about it for a moment, how many times have you talked yourself out of pursuing the dream or doing something just because you thought you weren't good enough?

Speaker A:

Or how often have you settled for less because you believed that it's all you deserved?

Speaker A:

And one of the things that I've really noticed is in my label of being adaptable, I've actually lowered my tolerance level.

Speaker A:

So I've become more tolerant of things that I wouldn't have tolerated before.

Speaker A:

And that's actually created more limitation rather than being expensive.

Speaker A:

And I think freedom and expansion are what I'm kind of alluding to today.

Speaker A:

Where are you?

Speaker A:

Where have you begun limiting your expansiveness?

Speaker A:

Where have you been limiting the possibilities for yourself?

Speaker A:

Because those limitations are like invisible chains holding us back from reaching our true potential.

Speaker A:

And you know, there's a, there's research that says that we're only really operating at 40% of our true potential.

Speaker A:

What would happen if we even upgraded that by 10% in the areas of our lives where we, we feel we want more freedom and we're stopping ourselves and limiting ourselves from having that.

Speaker A:

And the exciting part is that because we create these limitations, we also have the power to break free from them.

Speaker A:

And that's something that I'm really taking on board.

Speaker A:

So imagine what your life and business could look like if you removed these self imposed barriers.

Speaker A:

What if you dared to dream bigger, to reach higher, to believe in yourself more fully and even aim for that 10% extra, you know, full potential.

Speaker A:

This is what true freedom looks like.

Speaker A:

It's not just about external circumstances, it's an internal state.

Speaker A:

It's about expanding your sense of what's possible and living into that extra potential every single day.

Speaker A:

I know it isn't always easy because we'd all be doing it if it was.

Speaker A:

So breaking free from long held beliefs and patterns and kind of the conditioning, especially the conditioning can be challenging.

Speaker A:
