Self-care and self-compassion sound interchangeable, but they have a distinction between thinking and doing. Self-compassion is regarding yourself compassionately. Self-care, by contrast, is treating yourself compassionately. Jill and Linda explore these concepts and thoughts aloud in conversation as they cover:
